January 3,2018: did a turnaround from Victorville to Yuma, Arizona. I’m so tired. I spend 14 hours in the car. I don’t even know how I got that many steps 🤷🏻♀️
My goal for 2018: become the hottest, most jawdropping, irresistible, devestatingly gorgeous version of myself.
January 2,2018: Went on a 5 mile walk around the lake with savannah.

I was pretty much regretting everything I ate the day before. I thought about working out but I didn’t.
November 16,2017: Worked out with jess and Ashley but I honestly don’t remember what we did 😅 it was a lot though.
November 15,2017: 30 minutes of treadmill 3 sets/ 10-15 reps of: Abdominal Abdominal 2 Rear delt Pectoral fly Bicep curl Row Back extension Torso rotation
November 14,2017: 30 minutes of treadmill Abdominal Triceps press Shoulder press Pull down Torso rotation (both sides) Hip abductor Hip adductor
November 13,2017: I have to go back to being more accountable and active. It’s been a tough few months with this weight loss journey. 30 minutes of treadmill Hip abductor Hip adductor Abdominal Abdominal 2 Squatsx50
Day 106 September 5,2017: Here’s a list of what did today: 35 minutes of treadmill 3 sets/ 10-15 reps Triceps press ✔️ Rear delt ✔️ Shoulder press ✔️ Pectoral fly ✔️ Chest press ✔️ Abdominal ✔️ Torso rotation (both sides) ✔️
I haven't been working out consistently and definitely have not been eating healthy. I'm disappointed in myself but it's not going to stop me. I'm going to keep going like I never stopped. This is a forever journey I'm on and it's going to have so bumps in the road and I just hit one.
Day 105 August 2,2017: 35 minutes of treadmill Abdominal Abdominal 2 Ab coaster Simple workout but still kicked my butt.
Day 104 august 1,2017: 30 minutes of treadmill 3 sets/ 10-15 reps of: Triceps press Rear delt Shoulder press Pectoral fly Chest press Abdominal
Day 103 July 31,2017: decided I wanted to have a back to back rest day 🤷🏻♀️
Day 102 July 30,2017: rest day
Day 101 July 29,2017: 30 minutes of treadmill 10 minutes of stair master Abdominal Squats with weighed ball
Day 100 July 28,2017: 30 minutes of treadmill Abdominal Abdominal 2 Torso rotation
