Dean wakes up and starts freaking out when the other side of the bed is empty. He starts running around the bunker yelling for Cas.

Sam finds him and asks him what's going on. Dean starts ranting about how he woke up and Cas wasn't there and he's gone missing again and he can't keep losing him Sammy.

Sam tries to calm him down, promising he's around here somewhere Dean, like making breakfast or watching Netflix in the cave.

Meanwhile, Cas casually strolls down the hallway, returning from the bathroom. Perks of learning how to be human for the rest of your life.

Dean almost tackles him right there in the hall, making Cas promise not to leave him ever again without telling Dean where he's going. Even if it's the bathroom.
