I feel a lot of people overlook just how meaningful She-ra received her own series in a modern era... Before He-man or the Masters of the Universe. She-ra was the “girl power” spinoff of He-man in her time; and while she still has merit all her own, she was still “He-man with a bra”. But today, she gets her own series without riding on He-Man. Now He-Man has to ride into the modern world behind “the girls”. That’s actually pretty huge.

It really is.

She-Ra had to save the world and shit, He-man had to not let some fuckibg idiot into a castle. She was always the better one of the two.

Like if you had the choice you would also reboot She-ra first.

So, what I’m reading so far is that it’s ok to hate breasts, women shouldn’t have them, young girls shouldn’t know of them, and if you want to be taken serious, don’t show even a contour of their existence.
