cuddling with abby but she's a walking heater </3
abby's arm was wrapped lazily around your waist, warm and heavy- her breath tickling the back of your neck. normally it would've been the perfect, having abby's presence around you. but it happened to be the hottest night of the summer, and the AC was shit with the ceiling fan doing the bare minimum.
"abby." you groan as you try and wiggle out her grasp. "you're too hot, i literally can't do this."
all she does is let out a hum, pressing her nose to your shoulder. "hot... as in temperature wise or hot like, you know..."
"abigail. i'm like- i'm roasting alive here like a baked potato or something."
abby cracks an eye open, her blonde hair sticking to her forehead. "okay….. i have a solution." she pulled the two of you together tighter. "we suffer together."
"oh god- no!" you exclaim, trying to pry her off.
"okay... i have another solution. i'll get ice packs for us then we'll strap them to our stomachs. boom problem solved."
"solution three. cold shower cuddles. extra slippery and very romantic might i add."
you let out a faint snort, giving up on the fight. you let your head rest against abby's chest, despite the heat. "those have been the worst solutions i have ever heard."
abby grins, unbothered by your complaints. "or... hear me out you accept them your personal sauna. it’s great for your pores i heard.” 
"if i overheat and pass out, you can explain that to the paramedics."
"it won't happen princess."
burying your face into her shoulder, you let out a groan. "i hate you."
abby kisses the top of your head, happily. "no you don't."
and even in the sweltering summer heat, you didn't move away.
