Here’s my 2025 fishing season bucket list.

I’ll have more updates for target species as I go through the season, currently I mostly just do bass fishing and panfish fishing.

- Muskie — gorjus. Wowzers

- Pike — target species, want to eat it

- Carp — they’ve been taunting me under my boat slip for an entire year

- Crappie — you won’t believe the spot I got

- Trout — all the trout spots in town are dried up/overfished so I’ve never been able to catch any. I’m going to have to go farther north to a different part of the river.

- Salmon — their migration goes just outside of town (chinook) so I’ll have to scout it out.

- bluegill — you don’t get it. You don’t know the things I’ve seen. You don’t know the fish I’ve caught. I am not the man I once was.

Hoping I can catch another Muskie this year. Last year was my first one and it was just a baby, if I get a good tiger Muskie or pike I’ll cook it up for me and the dogs. You can see how excited one of them was when I pulled it out the water in my previous post lol. Was just on a jig head with a rubber salamander.
