“Honestly, I haven’t had many interactions with him over the years. Although I have heard quite a range of stories. I guess I’m a little too boring for him to pay attention to.” Tom says with a light laugh.
“Aren’t you lucky?” Greta said with a shake of her head. “I thought I was a little boring for him as well, but something tells me that those cheese stories have finally gotten to him.”
davsgudgeon:
“But I wasn’t making a fool out of myself, was I? What makes you think that?” He questioned with a frown. He usually didn’t mind looking like a fool, but that was a different matter.”If it was really that bad, you could’ve told me. That’s what friends do.”
“You were by thinking that Narcissa Black was just another pretty Slytherin witch. She’s a purist and her family is one of the worst.” Greta stated with a shake of his head. “I tried... honestly, you can’t blame me for your blindness.”
h-jcnes:
“Trust me on this.” She said with a sigh. “It really will be… especially since it’s my last year of quidditch. I’m not good enough to go pro. And then we’ll all go different ways. It’s a real bummer.”
“I still find it hard to believe that someone would got to such an extent to keep our society pure. When was it pure to begin with?” Greta commented. “Same, I’m keeping my hopes up. We have to, According to my divination book, it’s the year of positivism.”
noahfinch:
“Being comfortable could help his mood.” He reasoned, before nodding. “I agree, though. He gets really out of hand.” He smiled innocently, not commenting about it again. “That could be your best bet. If anyone can do something about it, it’s him.”
“Do you think? And how does one even talk to the Bloody Baron anyway? I’ve usually seen him ignoring anyone that tries to talk to him.” Greta commented with a sigh, feeling once again hopeless. “I should just stop making a big deal out of this, but maybe not, maybe I’ll start a remove Peeves campaign.”
sophiehallowell:
Sophie shrugged, “Yeah, until the hex you back,” She said, nodding. “Yeah, well, I pretty much have mudblood written on my head.”
“You can put a stop to that, Sophie. They may hex you but they can’t silence you.” She shook her head in shock and disgust to see that the school and most of its students still hadn’t learned their lesson. “No you don’t.”
lcngbcttcm:
“That’s a given.” He replied with a grin. “Seeing as I’m pretty sure that’s your automatic response to absolutely everything I say.”
“That... you are right about.” She said with a half smile. “Can’t help it when half the things you say don’t make sense to me.”
chitglenda:
“Vodka, that’s all I remember” glenda grinned before slapping her on the arm. “Seriously, don’t bring it up. No one really knows and I’d like to keep it that way. Let’s just all remember the good times when I got in trouble and that’s all there was to it.”
“Of course you’d remember the alcohol part.” Greta mused as she chuckled at Glenda’s reaction. “Fine, because remembering detentions rather than Halloween drama is so much better,” she said sarcastically.
h-jcnes:
“Godric she’s the fucking worst.” Hestia said with a groan. “Granted plenty of them are terrible but she really takes the cake. Thinks she runs everything.” She grumbled before turning to her friend. “Oh we will definitely win a cup. I believe.”
“Is she? I know she’s a purist but I’ve never really cared about her enough to pay attention.” She shrugged. “Doesn’t sound surprising though,” she commented, picking up a slice a of cheese. “It will be the worst year if we don’t.”
ofamxs:
“I like seeing it when I’m inside and warm and drinking hot chocolate, but I am not that fond of the cold and being out while it snows is not my favorite thing, no.” He smiled at her “It is and things can get very noisy in here.”
“Honestly, who are you? That’s no fun.” She teased. “I suppose hot chocolate isn’t so bad either... but only when a book is involved.” Greta added, knowing she was doing nothing but sound like a stereotypical Ravenclaw. “Very. I find it hard to focus most days, and I can’t have that if we’re supposed to start worrying about life after Hogwarts.”
mavcrick:
“Ah, yeah, I can understand why that’s probably not that amusing. Need any help grabbing things?”
“That would be great,” she said with a sigh, as she looked down to where most of her books and wand had landed. “if you don’t mind.”
lcngbcttcm:
“Oh, I’m sorry G.” He mused with a frown. “Need me to do something to brighten up your day?”
“You know, if you keep talking I’m sure eventually you’ll say something that will make want to roll my eyes and laugh at the same time.”
florenceroper:
“I can’t say. I’ve never tried. I don’t think that falls into normal life experiences of a sixteen year old. I also tend to avoid pranks. If I’m going to ruin someone’s day then I want them to know it was me and be direct about it, not that I’d waste my time doing that.”
“Oh... well that does give me an idea.” She grinned, suddenly feeling slightly better. “Do you really not like pranks? How do you survive in Gryffindor then? Isn’t that all they care about besides bravery and loyalty?”
noahfinch:
“That wouldn’t be such a bad idea, but Hogwarts is more comfortable. At least it wasn’t something more disgusting.” That was Noah looking on the bright side. “Not that that makes it okay.”
“He doesn’t need comfortable, he needs some control.” she said, making a face at his comment. “Okay, gross, don’t say that again because you might give him ideas.” Greta sighed, feeling almost hopeless. “Maybe I should just talk to the Bloody Baron.”
davsgudgeon:
Davey stayed silent for a moment, staring at her blankly. “I thought you meant between us.” He finally said after a moment. This was all a bit too confusing for him. “And I thought you were avoiding me because of that thing with… you know who.”
Greta bit the inside of her cheeks for a moment before sighing. “Alright, fine, I was avoiding you, but honestly what else was there for me to do?” she questioned. “I could only watch who I thought was my friend make a fool out of himself for so long.”
chitglenda:
“It’s not supposed to, but I forgot you are the anti-fun wine aunt.” she joked. “We should do something fun before the holidays. I’m still keen in sneaking into the Ravenclaw common room.”
“Wine aunt? Really? I only said I preferred that over the other option... whatever it was.” She shook her head with a smile. “I’m not sneaking you into my common room. Don’t you have another friend that usually helps you out with such things?”
sophiehallowell:
“I don’t think he’s particularly fond of any of the students, to be honest.” Sophie laughed. “I guess it doesn’t bother me, he never hurts me, at the very least. Rather face him than the Slytherins.”
“You can shut a Slytherin up with a good spell, but not a Poltergeist...” she pointed out before realizing what Sophie probably meant with that statement. “Do those purist target you?”
