so amplified biomes are pretty neat
"this seems like a pretty nice texture pack-"
OHMYGOD HOW COULD YOU NOT MENTION THE PUMPKINS THOugh
I DIDNT USE IT LONG ENOUGH TO SEE THE PUMPKINS I JUST GAVE UP AFTER THE PAINTING
WHY THIS
well this will be fun
pardon me while i try to figure out how the hell i really just did that
i came down into this cave for some more coal 30 minutes ago
it was only a kiss how did it end up like this
pppreviously shown room plots have been mostly built up, still missing windows in some places.
the best part is the blueprints shoot for probably three times this size aaand i.. still have to do second floors and furnishing. ahaha someonehelpme
plottin' out ular.
realized it'd probably work better to lay out a good amount of rooms before actually building them up and so far its working pretty well. i can get the design i want better without having to stop constantly to finish a room.
marvelous

i completely coincidentally found Osprey Rock again while trying to move out far enough from home base to dig up more sand.
top picture is from dec 27 2010, no idea what texture pack it is. probably painterly.
was just kinda cool to find it again after forgetting.
i feel like this ended up being one of those ideas that was better in theory
i always like to create stories around the maps that i play the most. my idea for this one is that the character was being chased by monsters and accidentally fell down in to the ravine, finding himself stranded, so he builds a shelter and ends up living his life underground, surviving off of meager food grown from shriveled seeds he found in the abandoned mineshafts and tearing them down carefully for supplies.
