I really can't stand how strongly people hold a grudge against Goose for dropping the info that she answers in her asks instead of TADC proper. I even found an IG reel on the topic that annoyed me as much as it entertained (I have no hate to them personally btw, they're free to their opinions).
While I have my own personal wants for expanding the story, (not for a whole season 2 or anything, just an extra episode or two to flesh some things out). I can't stand the belief that fans got scammed out by Goose for not addressing certain things, even though she stated that the asks weren't essential to the story.
It reminds me of a Twitter screenshot I saw that basically said that indie animation fans don't really want shows or artistic expressions of Storytelling, they want massive lore drops and mystery explored, and every character major or minor to get development EXP like they're in a Persona game. When I first saw the post, my mind instantly went to the Hellaverse community as the prime example of this ideology. Fans we'll go nuts over big scenes or character changes even if:
A. The big character development/reveal turns into a nothing burger like one of gooses Q&A questions.
B. Makes a change that triggers The Stolas Event Horizon, a retcon that indirectly changes the character from the bottom up without considering the ramifications.
Overall, it's kind of sad to see this kind of mindset taking the mainstream like this. Not sure I'll see what to say, hopefully other Indie shows don't get stuck with this potential man labeling.

The wild thing is, she told the story she needed to tell in order for the rest of this stuff to have mattered. But the fandom wanted a fire hydrant shoved up their asses of LOOOOOOORE that Gooseworx literally said "Fuck that shit".
And the people complaining about what the show was have no idea that the show is still the necessary building block to make all the additional stuff matter. It was the heart of a larger world that you had to understand FIRST. And then the fandom decided they weren't going to understand it and Goose said "Okay." And took her ball and went home.
We didn't miss out on anything in the show. We missed out on a future because these people fucking suck.

Do you have a synopsis on what your new story (Groundskeepers) is about
It so far looks interesting based on the concept art.
I have a pretty solid outline for it. It'd be pretty short though, maybe like 4 episodes at most.
