Today’s reading (the Passion) and the responsorial psalm (Psalm 22) reminded me of this song I wrote last year. I love the Passion narrative so much. Just the thought that Jesus died for us, individually and collectively, moves me to tears. And to add on top of that that Jesus was completely human - that he was scared, that he prayed in the garden that he might not have to do this - this just blows my mind.

Here's my new song! It's definitely the longest song I've ever written. Feel free to give me some feedback!

I wanna do a cover but I have no idea what to do. "I See Fire" has too weird of a range for my voice. Maybe "Eye of the Tiger"? That would be fun. I don't know.
