How ironic it is for someone like me who love inversions but hated this pose 😂 believe me, the first time I tried this pose I hated it and never practice it again hahaha 😅🙈 maybe because my shoulders are not that open enough and I'm afraid as well that my forearms won't be able to support me when I go upside down.
