What a month!
Greetings everyone! We certainly had an eventful month of July. After a four-day power outage, multiple severe storms, a tornado watch, and a flash flood warning, we spent a week with air quality so bad, it was recommended we stay indoors. Summer is a great time for bird watching, flower sniffing, herb cutting, and beach reading!
The hummingbird babies have hatched and fledged and weāre seeing tiny nectar drinkers hovering in the flowers. Migrating birds, butterflies, and baby critters are my favorite part of summer.
