⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚ behold! my glowberry 'vineyard!' was watching barce's hardcore series and got so incredibly inspired by their attention to detail that i wanted to build something in my own world that i could experiment with.

ended up going with a vineyard i had built a while ago in a creative world. this was also my first ever time using podzol and coarse dirt in a build, so that was a lot of fun to experiment with, too. thinking of including those blocks in more of my future projects :)

also loving the cypress trees in the background. they're definitely not what i had imagined, but i don't hate looking at it either. makes the whole area more dense and more lush.

I’ve not been doing much building for the last… however long… and I’ve kind of forgotten how to make posts explaining my builds. I made a new survival back when the Pale Garden dropped. I plan to make a base in as many biomes as possible! I’ll reblog with the add-ons, textures and blocks I’ve used at a later date if I remember!

Duskwood Additions ~*.

Some small farms and decor got added to my farming plateau, but gosh it has been a hot minute since I was here! There’s a lot to do (my sniffers are still living in their fence pen and don’t get me started on the other mobs I’ve acquired…). I’ve also flattened the central island in preparation for the eventual Big Base which won’t be coming for a while. Expect some more clean up shots soon-ish!

Elder Prismarine.

Basically I fiddled with the brightness and saturation of the regular Guardian until I got it to look roughly like the Prismarine palette, then applied the same modifications to the Elder Guardian, then sampled its colours and applied them to the normal Prismarine textures. If this was an actual thing in a mod, I'd probably alter the Bricks design and add some new flavours.
