Max watching for a few more minutes before sitting his coffee down carefully on the floor and then getting up and walking over to the ring. “Someone helping you out?” He asked as he climbed up into the ring and and walked towards her. “If not I can help you or at least work with you in here tonight. I’m not doing anything else and have some time to kill.” He didn’t care if people were staring and smiled over at her.

Cj shook her head, “No. Just been going over some moves Cheree was teaching me before I made the jump. I know I’m not great. Still very green but I think I’m starting to get the hang of it. I hate being that girl. the one who stands outside the ring and everyone knows is only there because she’s hot.” She hated being underestimated. “thanks. You’re the first person to offer which is surprising given what people say about you.”

Max wasn’t a guy that talked to many people preferring to keep his circle small but Catherine did catch his eye. She was beautiful and working hard to improve which he felt no one gave her enough credit for that. He smiled as he saw her in the gym once more working on moves. “Looking good in there.” He called out as he walked closer to the ring and took a seat while sipping his coffee. He could see people staring because he rarely complimented anyone.

Since coming to AEW CJ had been determined to prove her worth as more than mouth piece. he could go in the ring with some work and the right people believeing in her. She’d only been training for two years. She wasn’t expecting to be women’s champ but she wanted to be taken seriously. If she wasn’t in the gym she was in the ring and when they kicked her out of the ring she occupied her time building her brand. Sometimes the fans could make you a star without being great in the ring. But she still wanted more than that. After hitting the ropes she noticed Max walk in. They’d spoken briefly a few times but he was Max. She flashed him a smile before turning back and focusing on her training.

Yeah I have my dress. I have to make sure that it fits still. Which I need you to go with me and I wanna know what you think. Yeah I am sure that if he did that it most definitely would. I have a special friend that is willing to do the cake for me and Cody so thats done and I have a childhood friend that is willing to do the catering portion of everything which is a lifesaver. Before you ask, Soul food & other things will be available as well as a open bar.

Good. I was about to start calling people and going all Russian on them to scare them a little bit into giving you what you want. No one denies a Russian. Terrible racists but in this case it would be to our advantage. Though that accent is not pleasant on my voice. Food and booze, the way to my heart. Just tell me when you need me and I’ll be there.

I mean I get that but there’s a difference between looking at things and actually setting them up. Do you have your dress yet? That can take months to have done. Though I’m sure if Cpdy throws a little money their way most things should get done.

August 7th is the date. So late summer early fall. I will let you see once I make the final decisions on the dresses. Oh um.. would you do me the honor of being my maid of honor??

That’s a little over a month away. Are you going to be able to get everything done in time? Wait, really? Of course.
