Tea tonight, inspired by @crazyurbanvegan was pizza🍕. I had planned to have this, but seeing her delicious spinach and 🍅 topping got me craving the same. To follow i had half a cantaloupe melon 🍉 with mango and the other half with mandarin oranges 🍊.

Morning peeps .... I am never normally organised where breakfast is concerned and like to just throw something quick in a bowl. However, last night i soaked some overnight oats and warmed then up just now with vanilla rice milk (not keen on this milk, but cannot tell the difference soaked in the oats), and some leftover (tinned) coconut milk that needed using up (too late to freeze it). Topped (and hid at the bottom) with mixed seeds, flaked almonds, banana, #sweetfreedom agave syrup and a drizzle of 🍫 shot. Breakfast of kings 🍜. First meal today and it's half two. Trying out the #tescofreefrom cheese spread with tomatoes 🍅, and as with their hard free from cheese, i am not impressed. #violife knocks the socks off it. Btw, if anyone knows where i can buy another stainless steel conical mug from, please dm me. This was bought about twelve years ago in a Poundstretcher store, but sadly after all these years it has cracked on the outside. It's my all time fave cup and tea doesnt taste the same out of anything else 💜. However with many #hometrends, it went out of fashion and nowhere sells them anymore 😞. #veganuary2016 #vegan #whatveganseat #vegansofig
