Right now I smoke Mild Seven Super Lights. When I perform live, I smoke something called Neo Cedar, which isn't a cigarette. Have you heard of it? It's shaped like a cigarette and you smoke it the same way, but it's actually throat medicine. It says, though, four or five times a day, up to two cigarettes per session, so I feel like if I smoke too much, it might be bad for me in other ways.

I'm a chain smoker, and I smoke about four packs a day, especially in the studio. I need a cigarette lit at all times. I've tried to quit smoking before, but I hate not having a cigarette nearby. So I always have one with me. So, the minute I decide to quit, I'm already lit (laughs).

CAUTION!

It's best not to smoke. If I could quit, I would, of course.
