Hi! I don't know if you've ever spoken about this before so sorry if you have, but I'm always in awe just how detailed you're able to make the setting and history of your pathfinder writings. I didn't know if you had any recommendations of books/resources to help learn about the more minute details of the setting (specifically Cheliax and Inner sea region)? The wiki is like barely helpful at points. Sorry again if you've already spoken about this!
The long and short of it - this is my audhd hyperfixation, and so I pick up every little thing I can like a magpie LOL!
The other thing is - I specifically will purchase the pdfs of the books that have lore I'm interested in from paizo's website. The wiki has the numbered annotations that tell you what book it came from. If I see something that looks spicy or interesting or like I should know it for my story, I'll see if I can find it and get it. I have all of Hell's Vengeance for instance despite HATED that AP for how AWFUL IT IS only because the backmatter material is fascinating and genuinely good lore.
I can recommend one thing absolutely that helps a lot though: The Hellknight novel. Please please please if you haven't read Hellknight by Liane Merciel I am begging you. It is fantastically well written, has wonderful lore, and the three protagonists are fucking incredible. If you wanted to see a team up between a LG paladin of Iomedae, a LN/LG Hellknight of the Scourge, and a LE Thrune diabolist... well!
When people ask me why I write such humanized Hellknights or how can I see them as not completely stoic law machines, I always point them to that book. Jheraal is a tiefling Hellknight that joined out of desperation to give her daughter (who will never know her as 'mom') a better life and make the world a safer place for her. Her only actual possession is a small chest of letters between her and said daughter who only sees her as just one of the knights that cares for her. The empathy she has but her commitment to duty makes for some agonizing gut-wrenching moments. It's just such an amazing story. It takes place IN Westcrown so you'll learn a lot about the history and general ambience of the city, and also it comes with a map too! Highly recommend for how useful that is alone.
For Hellknight info specifically, the Path of the Hellknight 1e rulebook is almost entirely lore with very little actual rules. Good stuff.
Most of my Westcrown knowledge comes from that novel, the lore information in Hell's Vengeance, AND Council of Thieves which is also Westcrown focused.
I'm always happy to answer any lore questions because I collect all this relatively useless knowledge I just find so neat and love gushing about it
