A few of my 2019 spreads, I made this cute townhouse theme and I quite like it!

That first page on the right “my whole life” is where I’ll write my hyperfixations on music or media.(So like now, I’m probably gonna have to add into the spider verse.)

It’s mostly so I can look back on the things I associate with my life.

Friendly reminder - you’re not a full time professional athlete. you’re not a fashion icon. you’re not supposed to be perfect. Shitty grades happen and it doesn’t mean you’re not smart. So if you’re trying to balance studying, working, volunteering, exercising, learning languages, and expect to be a perfect multilingual Victoria Secret model with straight As, a job, and volunteer time, as well as being a good friend and making time for yourself, you’re gonna have a massive breakdown and fail. You don’t have to be perfect. Navigating into academia is hard. Nobody is asking you to be perfect. Results matter, sure, but effort is important and valuable as well. You’re learning.

it feels so weird to write 19 in the new date. let’s hope this year will be v tender with us. i needed cause this year will be full of important and difficult decisions.

I’ve never made new year resolutions before. But I thought if I was really gonna try and change my life for the better this year I might as well start with some promises to myself and hopefully stick to them as well as set up some goal I wish to achieve this year.

These are more so here to help me reflect on my days and improve my mental health before anything else. 

I’ve promised myself to:

go outside everyday to clear my head and reflect 

spet out of my comfort zone as much as possible

not feel guilty about treating myself here and there

not feel guilty about having a lazy day every now and then

enjoy even the smallest moments, there is beauty in everything if you care to look for it

My goals for 2019:

learn a new language

travel to a new place

finish my degree

get into a new college

learn editing

get a tattoo
