"Premeditated murder is, like, an extra big no-no. You know that, right?”
❝ No Stiles, I thought that pre-planned murder was completely legal. Y e s I know that. ❞

Hi, I’m auditioning for “my replies” and I’ll be singing “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield

"Oh," his eyebrows furrowed themselves together before he sighed. He guessed a message would have to do. "Just tell them to call Derek. It doesn’t matter which." He tilted his head a bit, catching her eyes. "What’s your name?"
'Deaton or Scott - call Derek' She scribbled down on the paper in her cursive handwriting. She quickly underlined 'call Derek' before setting the pad of paper back down on the counter. She hesitated when he asked for her name. Her mind rushed though a list of fake names. She knew Scott or Deaton would have to mention her name at some point and that she was going to be in beacon hills for awhile—She couldn't lie. ❝ Paige.❞ She instantly regretted it. Paige could only hope that Derek would think of it as nothing more than a coincidence.
”Well, and what if I can’t actually afford it? I’ve already asked mom for enough things.”
❝ I just don't think I'd be any good. I think you should just get an actual teacher or nothing at all. I'd be no help. ❞
"I’m glad to hear it’s me, not the work. Means you’ve probably got twenty minutes of studying left before you actually go postal. I say we break in fifteen, though. Just in case.”
❝ You'd best hope that you don't see me do crazy. You'd be my first target. Trust me.❞
"You really think so?" He looked up at her, hopeful.
❝ Oh definitely! Everything works out in the end, for better or for worse. But hopefully for the best. ❞
“How would you know if you don’t try?”
❝ I think that if you really want to learn to play, you should just get lessons. —from an actual teacher. ❞

“"Yeah, haven’t heard that one before…"The cyborg spat back. The area was rather dirty, big used couch in the middle with a huge tv right in front, and beer cans lying all about. "let me guess, fried car battery?"
❝ There is not way in hell that you'd believe me if I said yes, is there? ❞ She muttered, slightly frustrated as she walked further towards the couch. Paige stopped when she stood in front of the other and slightly to the left, not blocking the tv. ❝ Look— I don't know why you think I want to be here, but I don't. Any chance you could just give me a jump start or something? I'm not good at this kinda stuff. ❞

"Careful with that, sweetheart." he quietly warned to the child, chocolate hair neatly picked up in two pony tails that Derek would have to make every morning, while the small girl with delicate features and amber eyes, just like her mother, would make those little funny expressions on the bathroom mirror that amused him so much. "You know your mom doesn’t like that you play with that." he tried to reprimand her again. However, Derek couldn’t help the way his heart melted anytime those tiny fingers started to touch the strings of Paige’s cello. Extremely careful, not even moving the large instrument out of it’s place, but her instincts would demand her to touch it. And Derek would feel overwhelmed, everytime, of how much their daughter reminded him to Paige.
❝ What was it I heard about mom? ❞ Paige questioned, leaning her head around the door way. She smiled when she say Derek watching their child. She stepped into the room and watched as their child plucked at the strings at her cello. Usually she worried when the little girl touched the large instrument. Paige wasn't afraid her daughter would break it, she was afraid the large instrument may fall on her and she could hurt herself. In this case, the young girl with gently touching it, playing random strings while never interrupting the stability of the cello. She walked around their daughter, careful not to interrupt her playing, over to Derek. ❝ She's beautiful isn't she?❞
"What can I say to get you to believe me? Ugh! If I called Derek and asked him to come explain this would you believe me then? I mean yeah he’s older than you’d remember but he’s still Derek."
❝ You– You mean that you're serous about this then? How— how could that be possible?❞
"Damn it, Parker!"
“ What are you still yelling at me for!? I know what I did! I messed up, I’m sorry! How many times do I have to say it before you forgive me!?
‘’I don’t know what to believe anymore. Just.. just give me some time. I really need to be alone right now.’’
❝ Maia, I just want you to know that I didn't want to hurt you, Okay? I really hope that you believe me at least, about that.❞
‘’I don’t know, you tell me?’’
❝Well I— I don't know. That's why I was asking. ❞
"What? If you have good way to bring someone back, tell me.
I can use it to Laura or my mother.”
❝ I don't know alright. Something happened — I don't know what it was I just kind of, woke up. ❞

Derek tilted his head. It seemed strange that she was looking at him so intently. there was something familiar about her, but he couldn’t really pinpoint what exactly. He chalked it up to him seeing her around when he was younger and that maybe she had known him to be the famous athlete he had been in high school. “I just needed to speak to Deaton or Scott. Are they around?”
Paige looked down at the counter, picking up a pen and paper. ❝Uhm– well, neither of them are here right now but, I could take a message.❞ She stated, looking back up at him as she pressed the tip of the pen into the paper. Her stomach dropped just looking at him. Know that he didn't know who she was. She knew that they had both moved on with their lives, she wasn't a part of his life anymore. Paige didn't expect to come into town and have a giant loving reunion but knowing that he thought she was dead, it hurt. She raised an eyebrow as she waited for him to respond.
❝ You’re damn right. ❞
