After some digging through memories and the internet I found some LGBT characters in CBBC shows, feel free to add on if you have any more (I haven’t watched CBBC in a while)

Luke Smith: (from the Sarah-Jane adventures) it was going to be confirmed that Luke’s friend from university was in fact his boyfriend however the show had to end before this could happen due to the death of the Elizabeth Sladen (the actress who played Sarah-Jane) Also in a deleted scene before Luke goes to Oxford Sarah-Jane hints about the possibility of Luke getting a girlfriend at university to which Luke replied “or a boyfriend”, Sarah then told Like she didn’t care as long as it wasn’t a slitheen

Gus was fostered by Ronnie and Dawn (a lesbian couple) in the ‘the dumping ground’ episode “what would Gus want”.[not recurring or lead characters like the rest on this this but I added them anyway]

Mr Ratburn (from the show Arthur) got married to his husband in the first episode of season 22 of the show

Benny (from Wizards vs Aliens) came out to Tom in the season 2 finale

Katrina (one of the three K’s who has been around since the show started) and Robyn (a newer character) from wolfblood. I haven’t seen this season however apparently it has been implied that they are together romantically
