Colmar in Alsace is one of the most charming French towns: romantic streets such as the rue des Marchands, century-old half-timbered houses, narrow canals of the Lauch river (called “Little Venice”), countless small streets, interesting churches and museums with valuable art treasures such as the Isenheim Altar, traditional old shops offering Alsatian specialties, and thousands of flowers adorning the streets and houses - that is Colmar. Everyone is enchanted by this little town. One might get the impression that Colmar invented Christmas - Brück and Soh
