i havent posted on here since i was 17 (im 23 now) but she-ra, the netflix original, just got removed from netflix and it has me raging a little. queer stories will always be buried by the people with the power to do so no matter how important they are or how much money they bring in, which really fucking sucks!
but on a more humorous note it also has me thinking about the 2018-2020 fan base for the show and how hilariously brutal the ship wars were at the time. confidently being a catradora shipper after the season 3 finale was such a controversial stance, i would get people in my inbox calling me an abuse apologist on a semi regular basis, there was a dedicated anti catradora community on here (they might actually still be kicking? idk), and you were deemed delusional if you believed catradora would be endgame. i kind of miss the drama of it all i cannot lie.
its pretty upsetting to see a show that i still hold quite dear to me effectively become lost media with no home to go to, but i guess you can't exactly expect much from a major corporation, still sucks though.
my final message: i love you catra applesauce meowmeow you have never done anything wrong ever.
