CC free gas station lot. Simmies can buy food here or buy an electronic device. This is a place to eat at.

A big cc free lot that is a community lot. No BV. Simmies can rest, catch fish, eat food, swim, or shoot hoops. There is a swing set too. So, all ages of Sims can have a good time camping here.

I made some lots too! some small, some big. With the third one, I reached the maximum of my roofing potential, only downwards from now on XD

Galleria Mall | CC Free Community Lot for Sims 2

This was something of an ambitious project brought about by a whole bunch of my uberhood’s kids growing into teens. The Galleria Mall hosts an H&M, a video arcade, a “food court” (it’s a restaurant in an open setting upstairs), a jewelry shop, a coffee shop, and a video game store. There’s also a gadget kiosk downstairs, vending machines, and a photo booth. Enjoy!

This lot was built using all EP’s and SP’s.

TS2 only. No CC. Compressed. Play tested.

Small Tropical House (requested by anon)

Well, it looks more bungalow-ish, than what I initially wanted, and it probably looks better in a beachy envionment. I wanted it to match the other tropical house I made, but there are no 1-tile versions of those windows I used (in the game, they exist as cc), so it ended up with these ones. At least there are palm trees!

It’s CC-free of course, but please Clean Installer, just for sure :)

Hei guys!

I’m sorry lately I haven’t been posting anything new, but I’m working on something that should be ready in the next days :3

Meanwhile, just to “distract” myself, I built this lot - a “remake” of the TS1 Hot Date “Crumplebottom Memorial”. i swear, I started with the best intentions ever, including counting one by one the tiles and keep both TS1 and TS2 open at the same time, but despite the shape, it looks completely different eheh

Plus, building something vaguely similar without any kind of CC is always a big challenge for me! Although it’s supposed to be a Memorial, I made it more into a wedding place… which it doesn’t make sense, but, you know, we’re talking about The Sims. It’s also a nice place to go on a date or with the whole family!

I was thinking to remake other lots from Downtown, but let’s see how this goes eheh

This is a Community lot, completely CC free and created using the Ultimate Collection, in a clean enviroment (Any Game Starter).

KWLW Studios Remake - directly from Studio Town!

Hi guys!

Since in the past days I have been dealing just with TS1 stuff, I’ve noticed that there’s no lot recreation around for Studio Town (same as Hot Date, unfortunately).

So, I thought to give it a try and this time I’m more satisfied with the final result. I was able to re-make almost everything and I’ve added just few more things to make the lot actually useful (now that I see it, it’s such a pity that none of Superstar activities made it to TS2).

Again this is a Community lot, completely CC free (I’ve also been careful with the Stories stuff - but please tell me if you see anything weird anyway) and created using the Ultimate Collection, in a clean enviroment (Any Game Starter).

Old Farm Square - remake from TS1 Hot Date!

Hi guys! SInce lately I’ve been working a lot on accessories, I always look for new “distractions” and to finish the pending projects… Ok, I also keep playing but atm I don’t feel like sharing gameplay pics lol

I’ve just finished a nother remake from TS1, this time is a lot from Downtown (TS1 Hot Date)… It’s not very interesting in terms of desiggn or layout, but at least I tried to be faithful to the original, this time. Just some smore adjustments with the floors/walls. At least is a functional restaurant :)

Deer Stockings

Okay, this one was inspired by some stockings I’ve seen as cc for 4, but it turned out even cuter in the end! (I used some deer figure from Freepik, but it’s heavily edited) They’re for AF and TF, I used 3 shoe options, Amaryll’s Flats, Sentate’s Heels, and Sentate’s Emma Boots, they all have these 2 color options. Said meshes by Chalkmetal and ImpishParody are included. And you can choose if you want the TF slaved to the AF, or not :)

4t2 Cat Sweater

I previewed this… in June, I think? Well I’ve been working on and off on the clipping issues. It still has clipping issues, but at this point I can’t make it better, so I thought I should release it as it is. Technically, it’s the dog sweater for cats, so it comes in those 11 colors

So, I’ve seen a 3t2 snowglobe by Ndainye, but it was huuuuge, so I resized it (that’s the snowman one), and if I was there, I made a reindeer one too, using a mesh from 4. They look cute! :D

Another Advent House

I just built a quick house, because… it’s been a while. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but a floorplan is included, so you can actually see what it is. It’s on a 2x2 lot (as most of my builds), completely cc-free, but please use Clean Installer, just for sure :)

CC Free Cafe & Restaurant (Cafestaurant) !

I guess I’m very inspired when it comes to lots lately. This idea popped into my head and now it’s here for you! On a 2x2 lot we got a restaurant, coffee shop, and bar all in one building! Complete with comfy couches, outdoor seating, a wall tv, and a bathroom of course.
