The Dara Merdeka Retirement Home

It's been a while since I've made a Paterosari lot. Recently watched The Boroughs and I wanted to make an Indonesian style old folks home. Old folks homes in Indonesia are a lot more rudimentary. This one is formerly a colonial landhouse.

Hi everyone! My first time making eyes! I fell in love with these sets from stretchskeleton (incredible username btw) so I just had to use it as my chance to try something new. I decided to put it on maxis-match MSWN v3.0 sclera because it's one of my favorites, if you wanna change the way that looks I can recommend to combine it with stuff like sclera overlays :) The black sclera on some of the supernatural eyes is just plain black background like in Maxis alien eyes.

All eyes, even the most "unusual" ones, come in a geneticized and townified version if you wanna get to see them appear in your game more. It took me a moment to decide how I wanna geneticize them. I ended up using the Maxis system (brown/dark blue eyes are dominant, while gray, green and light blue are recessive), but I just also kinda gave some colors values based on how I roughly felt about them. So, most dark colors are dominant, as well as all the browns, reds, pinks, oranges, and all of the supernatural eyes from Eyes 01 set; most light and "colder" colors are recessive.

Of course, you can also get the custom version of the eyes you don't want to randomly see pop up in your game. All of them are separated from each other so that you could install the "human" ones (Eyes 01, Eyes 02 With Pupils, Eyes 03) separately from "unusual" ones (Eyes 01 Supernatural, Eyes 02 Without Pupils). Keep in mind that despite the fact that I separated Eyes 02 into versions with pupil and without, I still kept the swatch numbers the way I originally did them, so ones with pupil are numbered 1 to 35 and without are 36 to 60, I just felt like it was more convenient even if it's a little visually confusing.

I am thrilled to share my latest project with you: Devil’s Hollow, a custom neighborhood heavily inspired by the dark, macabre worlds of American Horror Story.

Please note that this project is based on specific seasons that served as the primary inspiration - namely Murder House, Coven, Hotel, and Apocalypse. Beyond the AHS lore, supernatural fans will also find characters, storylines, and secrets woven in from the universes of True Blood, The Vampire Diaries, and other supernatural classics.

you know I've never even been inside a Victoria's Secret but I saw these leggings by EmmiBouquet and I thought they were super cute.. especially the little llama logo! with the help of the tattooer I put two textures on some meshes by Skell so these are available for CF through EF! :)

download (CF-TF-AF-EF) repo to AF files, binned as everyday/sleep/gym/undies.. felt very multi-purpose to me. :P

As seen in my post a couple of days ago I couldn't find any nice recolors of the BG Exploding Dragon Dining Table that I really liked, so I made my own!

I also made a mesh edit to remove the flower thingies of the legs and moved the legs a bit closer. The edit is completely optional, the recolors work fine without the mesh edit. You can see the comparison below.

There are 10 recolors: 5 plain and 5 decorated. The painted parts are from various museum and antique shop websites. Some of them are Chinese, some Japanese.

I messed with Paralives character creator a bit, and I will say I like that I can recreate my real life bodyshape. I couldn't do that in InZoi and I theoretically wouldn't have been able to do that in Life By You, despite both also having a non-binary gender option. Also Tomodachi Life but that one gets a pass since nobody in that game has boobs lol

it's not even as a personal representation thing for me though (although that is a nice included aspect), it's that my aesthetic preferences are pretty much how I look and dress irl even when I have infinite fantasy choices in a video game. that's why I got snake bite piercings irl lol I kept putting them on characters I made, and since all the other stuff I chose were things I already had or would totally wear irl I thought well why not get that in there too

The Modern Art Museum - also known as MaM.

A Century old building refurbished. Now the fifth most visited location in the Simcity area.

It sits across the city plaza inside the park. Window display pieces fits perfectly with the face of the Lady and the unfinished statue peeking over the rooftop.

This was an epic project, let me tell you! I recolored nearly all items in the TS2 country set in @morepopcorn's wood tones (knotty wood texture) and my Sugar Rush palette (solid texture).

Slot blocker

A gift I made for @lamare-sims 😊 There's a few options for this out there already, but we agreed there was room for improvement so here is my take on a slot blocker object.

Found in general/misc, it costs nothing, and it does what it says on the tin. It sits in slots, to take up that space in situations where you perhaps wanted to rotate the object (shameless self-plug) or you had to use an OMSP to avoid clipping so that a slot visually looks filled but functionally isn't.

What Lamare wanted specifically was for this slot blocker to not prevent you from clicking on objects underneath it. So that's what I did! 😁 In live mode the object goes invisible automatically, and shrinks to the size of a speck of dust so that you have full clicking access to whatever may be overlapping :3 When you return to buy mode, it'll return to regular size and texture so that you can remove it if you want to. You can also recolor it invisible manually, if you prefer, it'll then remain invisible whether in live or buy/build.
