Raine let out a groan, “Well if you make it sound like that, then I guess it’s a terrible idea. But we could still do the lunch? Picnic out in the woods or something. Come on, Cecie, give me ideas here.”

“Well, we could watch a movie in my cabin. Or in the rec room but we might not get to be alone there. And we can bring our food there.”

“You’re right. I think the whole fighting to the death is a bit too much.” Raine bites her lip as she looks up at the sky, thinking of good movies that could still be showing in the theatres. “What do you wanna see? Maybe Star Wars could still be on?”

“Maybe next time.” Her eyes go wide slightly. “You want to leave camp to see a movie?”

“Hmm. I’m doing nothing exciting, to be honest.” Raine nods her head, then looks up at the other girl with a glint in her eyes. Not that she has much to do today either. “You wanna do something together? Go out for lunch? Fight each other to the death? Watch a movie?”

She laughs a little and nods. “Sure. Maybe not anything that involves dying but a movie and lunch sounds good.”

She takes a sip of the coffee, “So, were you planning on doing anything today? Since you seem so alive and ready to take on anything - unlike some of us.”

She shakes her head. “Not really, I was probably going to just hang out on the beach or in my cabin. You?”

“I’ll take whatever I can get, I don’t care.” Raine lets out a small laugh and she eagerly wraps her hands around the cup of coffee. Just smelling it was enough to make her feel better and she looks up at Cecily, grateful. “Thank you so much. If you need anything in the future, don’t hesitate to come to me, guaranteed I’ll be there.”

Cecily nods, smiling. “Anytime.” She sits down across from her. “Thanks, I’ll hold you to that.” She laughs a little.

“Then I’m assuming you have it better than the rest of us. And yes please,” She gives Cecily a smile. “If you’re alright with that? I wouldn’t want to keep you away from anything.”

She shakes her head. “I don’t mind. I’ll be back.” She gets up and disappears into the kitchen before coming back a few minutes later. “Here. I think I remembered how you liked it but tell me if I’m wrong.”

Raine tried to think of an answer. “Maybe,” She shrugged. “I have a headache? But it’s not as bad as I think - or as bad as the others’. What about you? I don’t remember you drinking a lot last night…”

She shrugs a little. “I didn’t drink at all.” She rubs her nose. “Do you want me to make you coffee?”

“I’m sorry,” Raine shook her head. She was gone for a week and she wasn’t even that hungover from last night either — so why was it so hard to listen and speak? And do the same thing at the same time? Fuck. “I don’t understand what you’re saying. Can you repeat that again?”

Ryuu’s pretty bothered, he had been thinking of ways how to break-up with Melody because of what he had done. No one really deserved to be cheated on, and he was nothing but a cheater he just hated himself for this. Because his head wasn’t really on its right track, he had stumbled on the ground while he was training with somebody, “I think I should just take a break, my head’s not on the game right now.” He stood up and made his way out of the arena, on his way there he bumped onto somebody. “Shit, I’m really sorry.”

“It’s okay,” Cecily says quickly. She looks at her brother’s face and raises an eyebrow. “What’s the matter?” She rubs her nose and then crosses her arms.

He chuckles. Wanting to call her bluff he starts listing things he hates about the warm weather. “Sweating sucks, heat strokes suck, the bugs always flying around your face. I guess I just really hate humidity. It just sticks to you and like weighs you down. You know?”

“I guess I’m used to all that. It doesn’t bother me.”

Auggie tilts his head from side to side like he’s weighing the pros and cons of cold weather. “There is somethings that are pretty awesome about cold weather thought. Just like there’s bad things about hot weather.”

She shrugs. “I’m used to the heat. I have no complaints.”
