I love the idea where after they both finally signed, Mack doesnât care that Will is also earning a significant amount of salary. Mack will be the one paying for almost every single thing whenever they go out on dates. Whenever they need to buy something for their house?
Maybe about 80 to 90 percent of the time itâs bought with Mackâs money.
However, I like to think that Will stands his ground on one thing he will never allow Mack to spend on these specific days.
Mackâs birthday and their anniversaries (sure Mack can spend to buy a gift for Will, but the rest for that day? A big NO for Will.)
Like Will would happily spend Mackâs money for the rest of the days of the year, but not on those special days.
Will is taking out his card and locking up any mode of payment Mack may have.
(Mack gets whiny during those days trying to find ways to pay, but Will knows his boyfriend and always catches him before he could even do it đ)
An insane idea would be Macklin and Sam being in an unrequited love (or is it?) with Will and Mike. Then they did something absolutely crazy for that love. (emotional cheating (?) but not on each other other, it's slightly angsty I think...)
Mack tried to confess to Will before his wedding day, but got rejected because one: Will is not gay and second: Will is about to get married the next day. This attempt of Mack caused a rift in their friendship. While they are still capable of making great plays on ice, off ice they barely hang out. The house they bought before everything remained empty because Mack did not have the heart to sell it and Will seems like he cannot be bothered to force his old friend to sell it.
Sam confessed to Mike then kissed him. At first Mike kissed back but after a few seconds it seems like realization came over him because he immediately pushed Sam away from him. Mike reasoned that he has a girlfriend and that he cannot do this with Sam, itâs not possible especially since he does not return Samâs feelings. The next week, Mike posted his engagement with his girlfriend, now fiancĂŠe. The house they both once lived in was immediately left empty.
Both Sam and Mack were heartbroken, one day they got drunk while casually hanging out after a spontaneous invite. No one can really remember who invited who, just maybe they were both feeling lonely. Accidentally spilling to each other what truly happened with their respective boy best friends. Thatâs when both Sam and Mack decided that theyâre horrible people for going after their taken best friends and lost them in the process because of their stupidity. Theyâre the only ones that can understand the effects of the choices theyâve made and the situation that they are in.
That is why they made a decision that starting from now theyâll start to hang out more with each other. It is the only remaining choice for them after all, who are they gonna hang out more now that theyâve cause this distance with the people they once called best friends. Thankfully their performance on ice was unaffected. Slowly though, maybe from the sadness of having no one and not really in the mood to try looking for people to hook up with, they started doing it with each other. It was easier and more convenient.
Basically⌠casual and platonic. No romantic feelings are involved in their arrangement, only attending to each otherâs physical needs especially with how pent up and stressed they are with everything. Funny enough, it all became easier to breathe when the decision to live together was made.
Will has long left the house he and Mack chose and Mike chose to get another house the moment his fiancĂŠe decided to live permanently in San Jose for him.
No one questioned that both bachelors are living together, Mack suggested that they choose a new apartment or house instead. Even after everything, he cannot stand the idea of sharing the house he considered to be his and Willâs. Sam readily agreed because he himself also would prefer not live together with somebody else (even if it is his dearest friend Mack), in the very house he considered to be his home with Mike.
The four never mentioned selling any of the houses, so at this moment two houses are left empty barring the things they have left behind.
Will and Mike did their best to keep their distance from them, choosing to stay with their respective partners. Sam and Mack misses them, but respected the choices made because they blame themselves for this outcome.
But then⌠an announcement was made that shook San Jose, maybe the NHL, the Hockey world as a whole. Two years after the respective confessions had occurred, everyone in SJS, families, and friends received an invitation. Stating:
âTogether we invite you to celebrate the Holy Matrimony of Sam Dickinson and Macklin Celebrini to join us in this great joy âŚâ

Will at that time, was staying with his family when the invitation arrived at his doorstep. Upon receiving it, Will was completely unprepared on what he would see inside the mail when he opened the invitation.
His Mack, has chosen to marry someone else. Worse itâs fucking Sam Dickinson, a teammate of theirs. A person that Will has considered to be a long-time friend and was slightly thankful that he was with Mack during the aftermath of their friendship being shattered. He knew they became closer, one would even say best friends (but even then Will still considered himself to be the closest after everything), especially when the two chose to live together.
But ready for marriage and coming out to the whole world close? When did Mack fall in love with fucking Dickinson?!
For the first time in many years, Will feels the impending doom of wanting to spiral and maybe start breaking things.
However that was not possible, especially not in front of his family. What right did he have to be furious about this? When he himself has a wife.
While trying to calm himself down, his sister noticed immediately the sudden change in her brotherâs mood.
âHey Will, whatâs that?â She asked gently noticing Willâs shaking hand holding the envelope.
He turned to her with a poor attempt of a smile, âA wedding invitation.â
That made her eyebrows raise, âWhose wedding are you invited to?â
âWeâve all been invited to Sam Dickinson and Mackâs wedding.â
Immediately Grace knew why her brother looked so miserable and immediately gave him a look of pity. She always knew the truth of what Will truly wanted, his sister years ago attempted to ask him if his soon to be matrimony was truly the new life he wanted. She wanted to help him by trying to get Will to say the truth, in the endâŚ
Will chose to lie and say yes.

On the other hand, Mike was with the Toffoliâs when he found out. His fiancĂŠe was out of town due to work so he decided to visit them. Cat immediately offered for him to stay during the days his fiancĂŠe would be gone and Mike immediately said yes because he missed the old days (there are old days he missed but would never admit to but letâs leave it at that).
While they were having lunch, Cat suddenly stood up.
âI almost forgot, Sam dropped these invitations for us and yours as well. After I told him that you will be staying here.â She said with a small smile, yet a tinge of sadness?
Toff shot a look at her as if a warning her, this made Mike feel confused immediately.
When he opened the invitation, his heart fell upon reading the words inside it.
Sam, Mikeâs Sam is marrying Macklin Celebrini. His head shot up giving Toff a questioning look. Toff just shrugged helplessly and said, âI did not know about their relationship if thatâs what youâre trying to ask. Both Cat and I were as surprised as you when we received our invitation, we tried to ask him but he was rushing claiming he has somewhere else to be.â
When the hell did his Sam start something with Celebrini for them to reach the conclusion that the next step is marriage? He knew they started living together but they never showed anyâŚ
âMikeâŚâ Cat called out softly, âHey are you okay?â
Mike did not hear her, he was still staring at the invitation. This cannot be happening, not this fast. Two years ago Sam was just confessing to him and now heâs about to marry someone in whatâŚ? Trying to check the date, he feels overwhelmed immediately.
âThree months?!â He mutters a little too loudly.
Toff nods slightly hesitant, âYeah three months, well Sam and Mack have always been the type of people if they want something theyâll get it done as soon as possible. So I guess this should be expected huh?â
Mike knows that, he knows how Sam gets things done. Not only fast but carefully too. As much as possible Sam does not second-guess and was the type of person to be resolute. Macklin Celebrini is the same way.
A perfect fitâŚ
Mike was unable to respond to them so instead he stands up feeling the panic in his chest rise, âI realized there is somewhere else that I need to be, sorry Cat and Toff. Please excuse me.â He apologizes while trying to leave as fast as possible.
âBut you havenât even finished eating!â Cat tried to protest.
âMike.â Toff called out.
But Mike was already by the door before they can even attempt to stop him. He needed to go for a drive, away from anyone that could see him possibly break down.
Years ago before the proposal was made, he confessed to Toff what Sam had done and what he himself had done. The vet tried to discourage him from doing the proposal because clearly it was him doing as compensation for the kiss and the confession. A way to avoid the truth. Clearly Toff and Cat had the best in mind for him.
But Mike did it anyway and when his fiancĂŠe said yes, he knew then that whatever Mike that was Samâs can never be again.

This engagement dinner was a misery for Mike and Will. The whole team was there to celebrate the wonderful news and maybe even discuss some of the arrangements that are needed.
Will for the first time could not stop looking at how radiant Mack looked, he looked happy. Itâs the expression that he always loves when he is the one to make Mack show that expression. Now seeing it and knowing itâs Dickinson as the cause, he realized how bitter Will can be as a person. How human of him, he prays for forgiveness immediately at the envy he feels. But even after praying, it never leaves him. Heâs so envious because there was a time just a few words Mack would let out a giggle at him, that was once his.
Mike cannot look away from at pure happiness on Sam, it always looked good on him. Especially when he does that boisterous laughter he does when he is full of joy. Mike wants to be at Samâs side always when heâs like that, many times that laughter was because of him. How he wishes that he could once be the cause of that joy for Sam, but the possibility of it was gone once he hurt Sam.
They were so out of it the whole dinner, before they knew what was happening, Will and Mike have said yes to being each a best man.

Returning to Mack and Samâs pov rewinding a littleâŚ
âI miss Will.â Mack suddenly says while he lays on his side after the sex he and Sam just did.
Sam groans, âdude you gotta stop saying that every time we do it, not that I really care but youâre just making yourself more miserable.â
Mack pouts at him, âItâs the truth! Donât you miss your Mikey?â He asks after turning to look at his friend, âItâs been about two years since we really were able to call them our friends, the most we could be are teammates.â He says sadly.
âOf course I miss Mike,â Sam says feeling upset, all the good feeling was gone. âFuck you Mack, I was finally feeling relax and you bring this up. In the end, itâs already done anyway. We were stupid and did something dumb, we lost them and thatâs it. We should just be glad that weâre still good together on the ice, donât you think?â
The other suddenly looked so sad, âI guessâŚâ Mack replies.
Sam felt slightly guilty, he knows Mack has a tendency to ruminate over what happened. Itâs harder for Mack to forget no matter what, Sam has his own ways of trying to move past it. But did he forget? Of course not, the pain remains throbbing every time he remembers what happened. But Mack cannot help but continuously poke on his own wound because thatâs his way of trying to make sense of things.
Sam pulls Mack towards him and places a kiss on his forehead, âCome on just sleep, weâll just become upset.â
One thing about their arrangement, Mack and Sam has only ever kissed on the lips once. It was the night they got drunk, after that never again. It just felt too intimate, the type of intimacy that they never felt for each other.
Mack sighs and nods, when he tried to close his eyes a sudden idea suddenly pops out in his mind.
âSam, Sam wake up.â Mack wiggles out of Samâs hold trying to shake him, âI have an idea!â At that point Mack was already sat up.
Sam feeling tired gave up trying to get through Mackâs stubbornness. When he gets like this, itâs better to let Mack do or say what he wants.
âWhat?â He asks slightly grumpy at this point.
Mack beams excitedly, âWhat about we get married?!â
All the sleepiness from Sam was gone, because what insanity is Macklin Celebrini talking about?
Mack sees the bewilderment on Samâs face and he tries to explain why he thought of it.
âThink about it! One of the reasons we lost them, as friends, is because they think we are interested in them. If we get married, it would mean we are taken and that they no longer need to worry that we would attempt to make a move on them. In their perspective it would mean, that we have moved on and that they can finally be friends with us with no hesitation!â
Sam wanted to say itâs stupid, thatâs a stupid idea. The logistics and mechanics of that plan is just too much. But the possibility of having Mike in his life was just stronger than whatever logic or common sense that he has. Itâs true, he lost him the moment Sam confessed when romantic feelings were involved from his side. If that was removed⌠maybe, just maybe heâll be permitted to be at least be Mikeâs friend.
âI love Will, Sam. I donât think that will ever change, Iâve tried looking at other people and tried to see if I can fall in love with someone else again. I just canâtâ Mack looks like he was about to cry, âMaybe this way I can get him back as a friend, itâs good enough for me to be a friend rather than whatever this is.â
Sam slowly nodded, âYou know what, letâs do this insane idea of yours. If weâre never falling in love with someone else and remain in this prison called unrequited love with our own ex-best friends⌠then letâs remain together.â
Mack beams happily and he raises his hand for a hi-five of which Sam immediately does; they hugged in the end though.
Mack will get his Will back; Sam will get his Mike back.
This will go so well, everything will return to how it was before all their blunders.

Mack watched Sam grip the steering wheel tightly while trying to take deep breaths, âJeez Sam calm down.â He teased.
âArenât you nervous?â Sam asks him.
Mack loses his teasing smile, âOf course I am, but then only one of us can panic. Iâll panic later and you do the calming down next.â
âThatâs not how it worksâ Sam lets out a laugh of disbelief at his friend.
Mack grins, âWell thatâs how it works for me.â
He sees Sam shake his head and Mack lets out a sigh of relief.
Heâs excited to see Will in a friendly setting. Hopefully he gets to talk to him, after all wouldnât be weird for one of the grooms and his best man to not talk?
Sam doesnât know if he wishes to rush towards the restaurant or run away. How is he going to explain to Mike why he chose him as his best man? But this way, the chance of a good conversation between them can happen.
Mike keeps on looking at Sam, Sam doesnât know if thatâs a good thing. Is that a âIâm happy to see him stareâ or âI donât want to be here with you stareâ? Hopefully itâs not the latter, that would be awkward.
Mack is gleeful, Will is looking at him finally! His idea is great, this time Will isnât avoiding him at all. He wishes that he was seated closer to him, even if Will wants to talk about his wife or something, he will listen. Thatâs how much he misses his⌠friend.
When Mike and Will were asked to be their best man and both agreed, Sam and Mack both let out a breath of relief. Things are going according to plan.
Though itâs a little bittersweet, they are both getting married to each other and not to the love of their lives. But at least, theyâre getting married for them anyway. At least thatâs good⌠right?
i saw people talking about that fateful december 13th fight again so may i add that after mack stood up and skated away from wotherspoon, two of the pens players who had joined the scrum both looked at mack with the exact same expression on their faces like âwhat the fuck just happened..."
âAlpha Mackâ this, âalpha Mackâ that. Can we PLEASE focus on bigger and more powerful things!!?? If I see one more person call Mack an alpha when heâs CLEARLY an omega, Iâm going to tweak. ALPHA WILL MAKES SO MUCH FUCKING SENSE.
While I was trying to remember some of the what if situations for the WAGs Nico and Danny all of a sudden I wanted to read an angstier and slightly darker version (cheating mentioned so if it's not your cup of tea skip pls!)
âTell me Nico Rosbergâ Daniel Ricciardo whispers with complete hostility as he holds the other omegaâs shirt tight, âwhat do you even gain from supporting Hamiltonâs run for the championship?â A cruel smile on his face.
Nico sneered as he grabbed back, ânone of your-â before he could continue Daniel hit him with words that deep inside he knew was true.
The smile on Ricciardoâs face seemed to turn into full on glee as he continued his tangent, âI mean even if he wins this championship, Hamilton will not allow you to accompany him any way? How desperate can you be to continue standing by his side after all the treatment he gave you.â Nico paled, âWin or lose for Max, I will be there either to celebrate or comfort him. I actually have something to gain from this. Lewis blatantly slaps on your face the fact that he prefers the company of Vettel in contrast to yours.â
Nico Rosberg lets go of his hold on Daniel as if he was burned. Tears were about to fall from his eyes when he remembered something.
âDonât act like that Verstappen of yours is some embodiment of a saintly husband.â Rosberg hissed back feeling victorious as he raised his chin, âEveryone in Ferrari knows that Monegasque omega has a frequent visitor from Red Bull who is known to be the their number one driver. Does it ring a bell?â
âNico Rosberg!â Daniel furious, is about seconds away from throwing a punch.
Nico smirked, âWhat? Capable of dishing out but unable to take it? You hypocrite who is only capable of clutching on Verstappen arms. Between the two of us, who do you think has the right knowing they have a championship to their name while the other is barely hanging on to this sport.â
The Australian held himself back before replying, âThat may be true,â With clenched teeth he added, âat least I made an effort to stay in this sport and fight back. Unlike you who ran away from it, no? Additionally, my husband actually cares to fight and defend me from any public speculation. You? Lewis acts like youâre some curse that he is unable to utter in public.â
Both person couldnât take the words they are throwing at each other that they were about to full on physically fight.
âIdiotic omegas! How embarrassing can you be.â A voice with a disgusted tone spoke.
Both of their heads snapped towards the voice, there Fernando Alonso stood with crossed arms.
Daniel scoffs at him while Nico straightens his clothes throwing a cold glare at the Spanish omega.
âWhat are you doing here Alonso? Bored with your nonsensical life so you are interfering in fights that has nothing to do with you?â Nico asks, then he adds, âWhen did you last win a race again? Oh wait I can barely remember, is this the effect of winning nothing? Patheticâ
Daniel shakes his head, âAlonso if you have nothing to do with your life how about try bothering your ex-husband Webber.â Then he covers his mouth mockingly apologetic, âOh wait, he does not wish to speak with you last I remember after you fucked Button.â
Fernando laughs, âI can proudly claim I lost my husband from my mistake or that I havenât won. At least though I can hold my head high knowing I am not so pathetic that I would fight for husbands that cheated on me or a husband that barely acknowledges me.â He shot back.
The three omegas threw a deadly glare at each other but was stopped, when a cautious voice called out.
âIs everything okay?â George Russell asks hesitantly as his eyes swept around the area. âI could smell omegas in distress so Iâm just checkingâŚâ
The young omega stopped when he saw the three older ones give him a cold stare. Lando whoâs following behind, immediately hid behind George. He can sense that the three are unhappy and in truth it almost seems like they are on a verge of a big fight.
Alonso sighs, âEverything is good here, Russell. Go back with Norris, this is between us three.â
âBut-â
Lando tugs his arm, âCome on we arenât fit to handle this.â
Unwillingly George Russell allows himself to be dragged away by his friend.
âGo back to your husbandâs garage or your own garage. One would think Ricciardo, with the way that you are acting that you are no longer a driver on the grid with how much you campaign for Verstappenâs championship.â He then leaves without looking back.
âDanny, are you alright?â Max rushes towards his husband, âI heard from Lando that he encountered you having a three way argument between you, Rosberg and Alonso.â
The alpha sounded worried, Daniel can see the way his eyes flicker nervously while checking on him for anything that may indicate he was hurt.
âLet it be, Max.â Daniel swallows the hurt of wanting to say something about what Rosberg said, âItâs a fight between us omegas.â
Max narrowed his eyes, âIf this is about the championship, it involves me. If Rosberg fights you over the media about this, Iâll find a way to deal with him. I will inform Horner to do something about that nonsensical retired omega.â
âIâm okay, I promise.â Daniel smiles sadly, âWe know what weâre doing. Iâve been in this sport longer than you Max, Iâve dealt with the old style drivers before.â
Daniel wants to shake his husband and ask, did you really do it? How long have you been fucking that Ferrari driver and is he so important to risk what we have built together?
Instead he tucks his head on Maxâs neck and inhales the alphaâs scent. Max wraps his arms around his mate and sighs in a way that Daniel knows Max is not done.

âHorner, I want you to find out what happened between Rosberg, Alonso, and Daniel.â He listens to Hornerâs response before saying, âI donât care. How dare they mess with my mate like this?â He seethes.
Max eyes flickers at his mate with absolute possessiveness. Heâs barely listening to whatever his team principal is saying as he continues to observe his mate on their marital bed.
âI will be the one to handle them myself, so they can know the consequences of touching whatâs mine.â
Nico arrives in the Mercedes garage, feeling exhausted about everything. The truth being thrown at his face, the truth that he has always known but chose to willingly ignore because of his incapability to accept that Lewis has been done with them for almost 4-5 years now.
How many times has Lewis demanded he sign the divorce papers but he stubbornly wonât?
âNico, are you alright?â Toto asks upon seeing the distraught omega, âI heard that George saw you in a situation with Alonso and Ricciardo, the area filled with distressed scents.â
Nico shook his head and tried to smile, âItâs just the usual fights between drivers or ex-drivers Toto. Iâm okay, I have dealt with worse. You know this.â
Toto frowns at his words, âYou should tell Lewis about this-â
âHe wonât care!â Nico cried out in frustration, âToto telling him wonât do anything because he does not care. So please leave it be.â He pleaded the team principal.
The older man nodded hesitantly, wanting to say something more but he can see that Nico is no longer in the state to deal with anything at the moment.
âVery well, inform some of the staff if you need something.â Toto gently tells him, âYouâre our champion too, so do run amok if you wish.â He jokes in an attempt to lighten the situation up.
Nico smiled and nods before hiding inside one of the private offices.

âLewis, something happened.â A staff whispers on his ear.
The alpha tilts his head to listen to what the person is going to tell him. When they were finished, Lewis has stood up in fury. His eyes had darkened and hands clenched in a fist.
âYou.â He points to a staff, âFind out what happened. Make sure Nico never finds out that Iâm having this investigated, when youâre done make sure to tell me immediately.â He orders.
How dare they? Have they become so arrogant to touch a seven times world championâs mate? After heâs done with them, weâll see if they have a face to show.
Nico Rosberg may have betrayed him, but he was under his protection. The omega is his mate and no one should even think of daring to hurt him.
At night while remembering the fight that happened, both omegas have the same thought at that moment.
Nico closed his eyes as he clutched Lewisâs old clothes, the scent long gone.
âAfter he wins his eight, I will give him the divorce he wishes for as a gift. Itâs time to let Lewis go. Maybe then his mate will be able to stop the avoiding and be happy with him again.â
Daniel opened his eyes and stares at Maxâs sleeping face, cherishing the arms of his mate wrapped around him.
âAfter he wins this championship fight, heâs letting Max go to stop burdening him with an omega like him, especially when he has Charles whoâs more fit to stay at his side.â
Max misses Daniel, everywhere he looks in this sport he cannot avoid thinking about his old teammate. Danielâs smile and better yet his laughter was one of the most cherished thing that Max keeps close to his heart.
Even now with a partner and a child, a part of him will always yearn for the man that kept him together during the years he felt like he was being eaten away.
He loves formula 1, but things would have been harder if he never had Daniel from the very beginning. Daniel was there always, he always thought that even when he retires the honey badger would be there too. How did it happen that all he has left of Daniel in formula 1 is the very number that was once possessed by him?
Red Bull his beloved team, he will forever love it. But he will not deny that he holds a grudge for what they have done to the one man he holds close to the heart.
Daniel Ricciardo was the sun that warmed him during the time that he once thought would be forever filled with nothing but cold victories. That is one thing they can never take away from him.
I have this funny idea where Sam and Mack may always tussle but are very close ever since they became C and A in the past. So they wanted to try doing a double date but a little bit of problem:
Will and Mike, for some reason are not really fond of each other. They donât hate the other but just donât think itâs necessary to really have an inkling of closeness. So what if they rarely talk or do anything together?
Cue the various efforts of Sam and Mack trying to make Will and Mike like each other or at least attempt to make them talk for longer periods than 3 mins.
Is it effective? Good questionâŚ
Toff always finds it amusing that even though Mike lives with him and his most frequent visitor is Will because of Stella, the two barely acknowledge the other even when theyâre in the same room. Sam and Mack grumbles to him asking for help but he just laughs at them shooing the two away, because why the hell are they here bothering him during his free day over this? Make them do the double date as if Will ever learned to say no to Mack and Mike saying no to Sam is almost near impossible.
Of which Toff is right, what can the two do, say no to them??
Sam and Mack get their most anticipated double date. The two of them had fun, their partners though? Thatâs another matter altogether and not too much worry, theyâll make it up to them when they all go home.
Manhandling as a love language, physically affectionate. Happy to see their matesâ reaction knowing theyâre allowed.
Alpha Will đ¤ Omega Mike
Happy to be the receiving end, do not save them. Seriously though do NOT save them because if you do, you will be the one very unhappy in the end.
Both couples at the scene of the crime always because outsiders think they should help. But the shark vets know to just leave them alone, so whenever opposing team ask questions they shoot them a look of warning.
âDonât, thatâs just them and if you dare weâll just pat you in the back and say âpoor you but you were warnedâ. Itâs their own weird little love ritual.â
willmack: theyâre in phase of their relationship where they are still in their honeymoon phase. After overcoming so many obstacles, theyâre finally allowing themselves to be soft and sweet with each other. Very loving and into pda, if they could mark each other so blatantly they would have done so long ago. Met each otherâs familyâs recently phase too. Lives very integrated now, the otherâs home is also home for the other person. Physically and verbally affectionate with each other.
samisa: the acting like everything is fine phase. Friends with benefits with a heavy dose of hiding their real feelings for each other because no one wants to tip the scale. Even though they are so obvious in the way they care about each other, the first one to make a move loses. However, very possessive of each otherâs time no matter what. Shows love mostly through physical affection but almost no communication.
grafchuk: the couple that may look low maintenance from the outside but actually very different in private. Wonât allow others to see who they are like as a couple but very devoted. Quiet and at peace because they both like the arrangement theyâve with each other, prefers to keep their love in their own small world. Very protective of each other though, make one wrong move against them and youâre done.
mukhasky: childhood friends to lovers that are now very long time married vibes. May seem not very affectionate but itâs because theyâre already done with that phase. But make no mistake they are very aware of what the other needs. With just a few look, expression or twitch of hand, they know what to do for the other. Almost seems like they could read each otherâs minds.
chernyluca: very new into their relationship, slowly getting to know each other phase. Theyâre the couple thatâs still very awkward with each other but sweet. Definitely enjoying the height difference between them. Likes to go on dates and give each other new gifts while trying to figure out the preferences of each other. So sweet and gentle in the way they talk.
ekyzetts: best friends to lovers that went through a long distance relationship. It took a lot of hard work that almost made them give up. But promises and arrangement made, helped keep what they have remain true. Trusted each other because constant assurances were given and communication was key. The type to make up from all the time that they were separated and does not waste even a single moment as long as possible.
(I know some of them are no longer with the team, but once a shark, always a shark to me. đĽš)
Everyone knew that Mack being possessive is funny the way he physically shows it by crowding Will or being clingy to him. It makes others want to tease him and see what heâll do.
Willâs possessiveness on the other hand doesnât even wait for you to try. It makes a person want to avoid even going near Mack. The way he stares coldly at you when you dare to be near or worse touch Mack, makes you take a step back fast just to escape those eyes.
Mack easily gets jealous, but he gets pouty about it to Will. Whining about how he could have allowed it. Climbing his lap or attaching himself at Willâs side that heâs the only one allowed to be that close to Will. Of course Will laughs endearingly and agrees without even a thought. Teasingly saying that of course who would dare steal him from Mack? Mack wonât admit it when he meets the person attempting to flirt with his Will on ice, he might have slightly become more aggressive with his checks. He gets teased by the team for it, but whatever Will is his!
Will easily gets jealous too, but he gets silent. He shows it by quietly appearing at Mackâs side and putting his arms around his boy. His hold tightening around Mackâs waist or his hand. Landing a soft kiss while he glared at the daring person going near his boyfriend. Mack will remain oblivious just happy that his Will is holding him. The next time Will meets the person on ice, he lightly insinuates to his teammates if possible they can be more physical with that person. His teammates just knows then that the person pissed off Will and itâs related with Mack.
The sharks finds it endearing to see Mack be pouty about his jealousy, but they shudder the moment Willâs eyes darken and he becomes silent when jealousy hits.
(The sharks are used to these two possessive4possessive freaks. They just wished they donât get involved in their jealousy. But oh well, the happier the two are the better chances for winning so they can let this slide)
The first time Collin saw Zack, he was intrigued. The man was quiet most of the time. Collin himself was the quiet type too so he didnât mind when they get seated together sometimes and no one talks.
Itâs a good type of quiet in his opinion.
But when the two of them started to be paired for some videos for media, he realized it wasnât too bad too. He likes hearing Zackâs voice especially when Zack makes that small smile.
Zack likes it when Collin looks at him. He feels a sense of ease that heâs being watched over carefully. Sure on ice he likes to go after the opposing players when they mess with his teammates. But Collin does it off ice too.
As if carefully observing him to ensure heâs okay. For some reason Collin knows what to do even when he says nothing. All of a sudden the man would be at his side when thereâs something that he needs without even voicing it out.
Their routine continues to be that, until one night during their teamâs get together the two of them got too into their drinks. Everything unsaid was spoken and what was usually kept quiet was now opened up.
Before they knew it they were in a room and then that night happened for them.
When they woke up, they were quiet once again. They left with an agreement that they need to think about this separately because this was too spontaneous. This was not something they were ready to face yet.
So weeks went by that they didnât speak, until on the day of their road trip Zack comes across the seat where Collin is. The seat beside him is empty, and the man looks up to him curiously waiting on what heâll do.
Zack makes a decision right there and then that he had enough. He waited tensely on what the other would say after he took a seat.
Collin observes quietly before sighing. He slowly takes Zackâs hand into his, and waits for a reaction. Zack wonât look at him but Collin feels the light squeeze holding his hand.
All the tension immediately vanished between the two and a silent agreement was made that this is theirs starting from that moment.

mukhasky where childhood sweethearts that have been together since they first played together back in Russia. They never really thought of the possibility that they would ever be in the same team in the NHL.
For the two of them, it was already a dream come true that they were in the league together. But when they finally became teammates after a series of trades in San Jose, the joy was just absolutely overwhelming.
They started to make plans on what they want for the future and how they want to settle down. Every logistic was well thought out and mechanics on how to do this were discussed thoroughly almost every day because they so desperately want this.
Hope was what held them up for this long and they will continue to hold onto it.
They will do this, and after a good season they finally can breathe and relax. All they can do is now is continue to play well for a better future for them.
