This is my Gran. We call her Mawe everyone else calls her Ma Khumalo. She got promoted at church not so long ago, she is now Ma'Mshumayeli (Madame Preacher DT) Which is big, it's huge. She wears a sash too and is super proud to wear her spotless, crisp uniform. I am so proud of her too, it brings tears to my eyes. I love her so much, so so much. She's one of the only people I know who is pleased by simple things, like a phone call - she cries when I call because she's so happy. She laughs at me when I speak Zulu and when I tell her that I don't have a boyfriend she laughs at me too. She's always feeding me big portions of food all the time. She also likes to give me R20 when I leave, just as she did when I was a little girl. She is one of the reasons I live, literally and figuratively. She's the realest, the sweetest and most deserving.
