and cardan gave her the crown, which gives him magic to wield. more magic than just being fae, magic to grow land and make flowers bloom. the crown itself is magic, and it transforms him.

so... now that jude is queen... is she going to really be magic? is she going to realize she has those powers too? did he really just give her everything she’s ever wanted, everything she never thought she could have?

i just finished a court of mist and fury...... what a fucking rollercoaster. i feel like i just ran a marathon. holy shit!!!!!!!

also, i had actually stopped reading acotar about 60% of the way through when it first came out and never picked it back up (once feyre had to go under the mountain to save tamlin) (i.e. i actually finished that for the first time just now too) because i never cared for tamlin or cared about their relationship at all (as much as i loved feyre) and now i feel so VINDICATED and TRIUMPHANT

eat fucking ass tamlin ur the worst in the entire world

also that very very last plot twist @ the ending was so unexpected i just???? ahhhhhhhhhh???? i have so much i wanna talk about (99% really good, 1% concrit)

honestly like i love tog sososo much, i grew up w/celaena and she will always be special to me, but it’s so obvious sjm’s writing has improved by tenfold and acotar is a much tighter story, more believable, and more mature .... i’m actually so impressed.....

i wanna talk for DAYS about this series holy shit
