2017 is shit

I'm ill for two months, doctors don't know why, two hospital visits, my dog dies, my aunt dies, my brother dies, my moms house has a car go through it, my fridge dies, end my relationship with my biological dad, swirling amounts of debt, can't find a job, babysat a dog and it dies. Can I get a break?
