I have to apologize for not getting to replies like I should
I have been getting busier lately with college and itâs leaving me stressed and unable to find my muse by the time I get home especially with some of my classes really starting to pick up
I know itâs kind of soon and I havenât been here for very long but I think I might have to put this blog on a semi-hiatus until things settle down
I apologize to everyone for the inconvenience

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?
"My first memory?..I suppose my first memoryâŠwould have to be when my master first found me all those years ago..it was snowing just as hard then, tooâŠ"
"âŠI see." Galena whispers, pursing her lips. She supposed some were just better suited to solitude. Looking to Yuki, Galena silently wondered if the other girl had any plans of her own on such a day.
She stole a sidelong glance at the woman, only to make abrupt eye contact. Holding her gaze, she voiced a thought, âWhy do you care, anyway? Someone catch your fancy?â She clenched her jaw after that, not because she mistook her choice of words, but perhaps the mention of petty feelings made her irritable. Yes, that had to be itâŠ
This girl seemed to be very bitter about something, but what Galena couldn't quite tell. "No I don't have anyone in mind.." she starts "but is it alright to send gifts.. to the other villagers regardless of any formed ties?" She wasn't sure why she was taking interest in such a saddening event, or why she continued to dig deeper anyway.
Vivi banged her fist on the door, cringing at the chill of the wood. She curled her fingers inward to preserve their warmth in the night. "Open up, Wiz," she hissed, "I know you hear me!"
The wizard awoke with a start. She had been up all day studying about the stars yet again. Hearing the pounding on the stiff wood she slowly pulls herself out of bed to open the door and let the crisp, freezing air roll in. âYes..?â she quietly says to her unexpected guest.
Vivi pursed her lips at the face greeting her. She didnât even know why she came out here; but then again, who else could she turn to? Literally none of the villagers knew she was more than a mere bedtime story to keep children obedient. âI⊠I need your help,â she whispered, barely audible. Vivi half hoped her rival sorceress wouldnât hear the faint words.
Figuring the witch had quieted down as not to disturb the rest of the town, Galena silently steps outside into the bitter cold to better speak with the other enchantress. â..What is it you need?â
Vivi snarled in irritation of the soft voice that greeted her. She wished on everything she could think of that it wouldnât come to this - oh, but it had. âItâs the Goddess again,â she hissed, her eyes still stinging from the tears she wept a few hours prior. She refused to come to Galena in that state - but eventually, her love for the Goddess tossed her over that precipice. She gripped a fistful of her bloomers. âSheâs⊠Iâm afraid sheâs weakening again.â
"WhatâŠ?" Galena barely manages to whisper. Never did she think the goddess would ever be weakened again after all thatâs happened. "What can I possibly do to help..?" she asks the witch, looking around at nothing particular, with the slightest hint of panic in her voice.
Yukiâs jaw clenched down abruptly. It was one of those moments when people replied with something she didnât expect - a moment when society refused to indulge in her bitter ocean of thought, it seemed. âReconciliation?â she echoed, âWell, perhaps.â She required a few glances at random objects to recollect herself. Who was this woman? She seemed strangely far-off⊠Not to mention she smelled of spices and magic. She frowned further. âWhile it may be true sometimes, there are many who wait for this day to⊠Ah, get this âreconciliationâ you speak of. Most never get it. Itâs⊠A false hope, you see,â she breathed, fingers clenching around her satchel.
"...I see." Galena whispers, pursing her lips. She supposed some were just better suited to solitude. Looking to Yuki, Galena silently wondered if the other girl had any plans of her own on such a day.
"I hear this Valentineâs Day is coming up very soonâŠis that like the Thanksgiving festival? Is there anything I have to give to someone?..
Yuki couldnât stop herself from letting a dry laugh loose. âTch. Donât get your hopes up,â she snarled, âValentineâs Day is for the lonely.â She bit back âand the patheticâ at the notion of possibly continuing the conversation, but perhaps this sorceress would take a hit at the mention of âlonelyâ. Pah, whatever. It was a wonder that Yuki even attempted at conversation, at all.
"Oh?" The sorceress turns to the source of the condescending statement. "Then it is a day..for the saddened hearts to join together in reconciliation?.." she says, staring into the distance, pondering these thoughts not noticing the hints being tossed her way.

I AM THE EATER OF WORLDS.Â
now you too can devour entire planets like unicron
I apologize to the non-Homestuck fandoms, but this seriously had to be done.
If youâve ever wondered when Jupiter will next be aligned with Mars, Van Cleef & Arpels has a watch that will tell you. Its new Midnight Planetarium Poetic Complication watch has six rotating disks, each bearing a tiny sphere representing one of the six planets visible with the naked eye. The disks rotate at different speeds so that each sphere makes one revolution around the dial in the time it takes the actual planet it represents â Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter or Saturn â to orbit the sun. Mercury in 88 days, Venus in 224, Earth in a year, Mars in 687 days, Jupiter in 12 years and Saturn in 29. Itâs a very complex watch and a true display of supreme watchmaking. Time is indicated by a shooting-star symbol rotating around the dialâs circumference. Leveraging the brandâs specialty in jewelry, each of the planets are represented by precious and semi-precious stones, ranging from red jasper to serpentine and turquoise. An even more extravagant edition is available with baguette-cut diamonds set into the bezel. The planet module was designed by Christian van der Klaauw, renowned for his movements featuring astronomical indications. The movement is self-winding and contains 396 components. The case is 44 mm in diameter and made of rose gold. The dial is made of aventurine and the planets of semiprecious stones. Price: about $245,000; a diamond-set version will be about $330,000.
