Gajeel⛓️‍💥and Levy📖 Headcanons

(My oldest ship becoming one of my first requests in my new era, very serendipitous don’t you think?)

-Talk about rough beginnings, yeesh! Needless to say trust was not earned over night, at first Levy went out of her way to avoid Gajeel (with good reason) even if Fairy Tail is a guild forged on second chances that kind of pain doesn’t go away quickly.

-When Gajeel saves her from Laxus she takes that as a sign that an olive branch should be extended and starts being more friendly towards him.

-Despite his gruffness Gajeel is a good listener, a lot of their early conversations tended to be a little one sided with Levy talking about a new book she’s fixated on. When she catches herself info-dumping she asks if he’s bored but he just shrugs her worries off and tells her to keep going.

-He even asks questions which feels like a very low bar but I’m sure everyone with a hobby/subject they’re passionate about can relate to the feeling of being brushed off. Levy delights in having another soul other than Lucy too talk to about her interest that doesn’t try to run off after an hour.

-Gajeel brings her things he thinks she could use as bookmarks, like feathers, colorful pieces of paper or pretty pieces of fabric to small to be used as anything else. He also keeps an eye out for books she might like while he’s on jobs.

-Levy catches onto this and tries to do the same, bringing him spare bits of metal she finds (after cleaning it, she hates watching him eat dirty metal) and probes him relentlessly about his music taste.

-I think Gajeel would have a hard time talking about himself and an even harder time accepting gifts, the tough guy act is easier than being genuine. When Levy presents him with a new guitar pick he tears up, it’s the first nice thing anyone besides Juvia’s given him in a long time.

-They can bicker about nothing for hours, to the point other guild members will tell them to take it outside. Have fallen asleep while fussing at each other in bed.

- “Nuh-uh” Boyfriend and “The fuck you mean Nuh-uh” Girlfriend. Gajeel is a victim of the sassy man pandemic and ragebaits her a lot.

-Gajeel gets excited about matching outfits! Levy likes to surprise him by matching her headbands to his shirts.

-They do each others hair.

-They definitely wanted to do one of those cheesy baby announcements and if they had the gender reveal would’ve destroyed half of Magnolia. Jk, but somehow something would have caught fire. Cough, cough, Natsu.

-Gajeel is putting in the work to become the kind of man deserving to be the father of Levy’s children and is working on becoming more emotionally available. He and Master Makarov have a lot of long talks about fatherhood.

-“I’ll miss borrowing your books to read the notes in the margins, the closest I came to ever reading your mind.”- Bullseye by Hozier and Lucy Dacus. It feels very Gajevy coded.

-Surprisingly I don’t think either of them have a tone of experience leading up to each other but Levy has years of reading raunchy bodice ripper novels that she’s not as intimidated as she could’ve been when their first time rolls around.

-It takes Gajeel a minute to steel his nerves and regain his steadiness. He wants to impress Levy, make her feel good, and avoid hurting her. He gets into his own head.

-Levy loves his size, how easily he picks her up, folds her in half and fucks into her oh so gently. Not to mention how hot it is to see a guy like Gajeel struggling not to unravel to quickly, so unsure and trying his best not to chase his own pleasure.

-Levy has fun with him. Tweaking his nipples, gently tugging his hair and pulling him into filthy kisses. Riding him is her specialty, holding his hands so he can’t hide his face. Levy likes to watch his expressions, feed him assurances, and tell him he’s pretty.

-Once Gajeel finds his footing it’s game over, he regains his cocky nature but retains all of his gentleness. Definitely edging into pleasure Dom Territory, much like a fight he loves slowly taking her apart— though he’ll rarely protest Levy taking the reigns.

-That man is an eater and has got it down to a fine art. Will literally just lay back in bed after a long day and tell Levy to sit on his face, has to be forced to come up for air.

Laxus and gajeel headcannons, idk but I just wished we got to see these two interact more

I love them! They have such good bestie potential

They have that type of friendship where strangers think they absolutely hate each other. Like constant insults and arguing but it's their love language

Gajeel treats Laxus like an adorable puppy. Like patting him on the head and cooing over him to piss him off

90% of their friendship is “oh this is gonna piss him off” and then doing/saying the thing

The other 10% is being rude to strangers

They train together from time to time but it always ends up with Gajeel getting fried so it’s only when Laxus can trick him into it

They really bond over how they used to be vs who they’ve become. Lots of deep convos between the two about growth and their struggles (they have very similar character arcs and it’s nice to talk to someone who gets it)

They also go to each other for reality checks a lot. Like asking if they reacted wrong in a situation and stuff. No accidental reverting back to being an asshole for them

Tho they do joke about it. Like if the guild is doing something stupid Laxus will lean over to Gajeel and whisper “I really should’ve blown this place up when I had the chance”

Lucy and each member of Team Natsu sparring headcanons? :D

This is gonna be fun and longgg! I wish we had more training stuff with them

Natsu

He challenges her all the time but whenever Lucy is down, he changes his mind

It drives her nuts. So one day Lucy walks up to him in the training room and just decks him

Natsu is gobsmacked. He cannot believe she hit him

But then he hits her with that grin and its on

They know each other so well that the fight lasts a crazy long amount of time

Natsu has the experience perk, but Lucy also knows he's holding back a little cause he doesn't wanna hurt her (well not too bad at least) and she uses it to her advantage

A crowd forms and start rooting for who they think will win. (Cana is taking bets)

Neither of them use magic, it's not a rule but they are enjoying hand to hand too much to even think about it

Lucy ends up pinning Natsu and winning. He learns something about himself that day ;)

Gray

The first time they train together is because of a drunken bet

Gray makes a joke about how Lucy might use a bow and arrow now but he's way better at it

And Lucy will not take that lying down so she challenges him right then and there

Imagine two very drunk mages wielding bows and arrows, doing an absolutely terrible job at hitting anywhere near their targets

Gray eventually gives up and freezes her bow

Then they just start physically fighting. It's sloppy and neither of them is doing a very good job, but they are trading blows for nearly an hour

Magic is on the table and Lucy is drunk enough to think using urano metria is good idea.

Gray straight up freezes her where she stands and takes his victory

Natsu had melt her and she was pissed for days about it

Erza

She finds out that the boys have trained with Lucy and is pissed. How dare Lucy not wanna spar with her??

So Erza is determined to get her chance, but Lucy is terrified.

Erza is scary after all

Eventually, Erza convinces Lucy to let her teach her how to sword fight

Lucy agrees but begs Erza to be gentle. (Erza agrees but is a filthy liar)

The lessons are hard and Erza has no mercy. Lucy actually takes to it pretty well, but she has to use her Taurus form to be able to match Erza's stregth

Lucy ends up really liking it and the girls make it a regular thing

Unfortunately, Erza learns that Lucy is very good at outsmarting her opponents. She's also not scared to play dirty

The first time Lucy manages to scratch Erza, the entire Guild falls silent in terror

Erza, of course, just laughs and charges forward

Soon Erza is dragging Lucy to Kagura to show off her skills and Lucy becomes part of the sisterhood

Erza always wins but Lucy puts up a good fight

Wendy

Lucy thought she'd be the one giving Wendy tips and tricks

And that's how it started at first, Wendy wanted to learn some hand to hand stuff but the others were too rough on her (she is still young and they forget that)

But Wendy has the dragon slayer strength and halfway through the session sends Lucy flying

Wendy freaks out and is apologizing like crazy, but now Lucy is all fired up

Wendy uses her size to her advantage and manages to get several more hits on Lucy

Then they start pulling out magic

Lucy uses her Scorpio form (and Scorpio) to combat Wendy's wind

No one knows who won because the girls ended up trashing half the guild hall and causing Master Makarov to have a breakdown

The rest of the guild nearly throw a party. It's a right of passage to trash the hall
