Can you believe this is a healthier version of quiche? I’m trying to incorporate more #lowcarb, high #highprotein, #vegetarian meals in my diet. For this #quiche, I wilted fresh #spinach and diced yellow #squash. I added a jar of roasted red peppers (drain the water), some capers, a carton of #Kirkland egg whites, a handful of shredded cheese, and a splash of milk. Pour it in the pie crust (for my family; my version was crustless), bake at 375 until it’s done in the middle. Yum!! My kids liked it (as much as toddlers do 🙄) and I thought it was delicious! Most of the calories (in my crustless version) came from the cheese, and it’s still packed with protein. 😋 yum! Tip: if it’s cooked all on the outside but runny in the middle, you can microwave it until set. Just be sure your bakeware is microwave safe! #followme #dinnertonight #dinner🍴

I’m trying out the #surmedic #Poreless #Carbonic #Peel #Mask And I have to admit, I normally do not care for sheet masks, because I’d rather apply the serum directly to my face and not worry about squeezing every last drop out of the mask! But this came in my #ipsyglambag last month so I was eager to try it. First thing, I was expecting it to be fizzy (its made with carbonated water after all) but it’s not. It’s just cool and fresh feeling. It is meant to gently slough away dead skin cells with the AHA’s and BHA’s. These are super ingredients for a glowing complexion and great for younger looking skin. Yup. I need that! After I applied the mask, I waited about 15 minutes, then peeled it off to reveal brighter, smoother skin. My face feels moisturized and fresh. This didn’t pull at my skin at all. I have to admit I like it! But I’ll probably stick to my bottles of serums, only because there was a lot of product that remains in the mask even after the 15 minutes.

Does installing three wall sconces make me an electrician yet? So I bought this #Industrial #Vintage #Pendant #Light by #Hebolen, but I had the crazy idea to hang it where my ugly wall sconce was. I used a plant hanger (from the dollar store!) to support the cord and lamp. I just love the look. It’s on the landing halfway up the stairs in my house and looks incredible (if I do say so myself). Installation was very easy. And I’m digging the #Retro #Spherical look, and the black #metal goes with my decor.
