Not all things are good today, I got into a massive fight with my cousin, the kind that might be the end of our relationship, but Iâm still going to be focusing on the good things and hope that they smooth over soon đ

i was concerned about this as well, but there has been an update! my neighbor informed me that he spotted our cat running into our backyard to eat the food we left out before running out again at around six in the morning! he didn't call us because it was around six in the morning, but it means that she does know her way back home! i'll be keeping a close eye out, and the second i see her, i'll be bringing her back inside. thank you for your kindness, i'll keep you guys updated on the situation!
i need to rant. so my cat went missing after running out of the house at some point while we accidentally left the door open while bringing in construction tools. i went knocking on the doors of multiple neighbors, but none of them had seen her, and it was like that for an entire week. i've been so worried about her that i've barely been able to do anything, not even eat or sleep, which is also why i haven't been writing much over the past few days.
today, i discovered that one of my neighbors from around the block had taken her, even though she already knew that she was our pet, although i'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt that she might have forgotten. she was willing to give her back when i messaged her about it, but mentioned that she was suffering from a hip injury and that her son recently came out of the hospital, so i offered to come pick her up myself since i didn't want to impose on them. she suddenly took a very rude tone with me and was adamant about her son bringing her to me instead.
i was willing to brush it off, considering that they must have had a very rough past few weeks, but when her son was bringing my cat over, she "tore up his arm" and ran off. we still don't know where she is and are on the lookout, but it's getting late, and i feel the need to vent my frustrations with the entire situation.
my cat is very sweet, so sweet to the point that she has never scratched or bitten anyone in the five years i've taken care of her, unless it was playfully. i don't want to accuse them of anything, but i can't imagine how her son was handling my cat for her to react in such a way. i was already so nervous about contacting them because they don't exactly have the best reputation around here, everyone frequently hears them yelling at each other and other commotion happening in the house, but that isnt the point.
i feel so paralyzed with anxiety when i don't know if she's sleeping or eating properly. we've left out her favorite treats to attract her, but there's still no sign of her. my mom keeps telling me that she's smart enough to turn up in the morning, and i really hope she's right. i had just been trying to make peace with the fact that she might have been permanently lost when no one had seen her, then i was overwhelmed with joy when we managed to locate her, and now i'm back to being sick with worry. i hate this so much, i just want my baby back

ever since you learned how to read storybooks, you knew about what kind of future the world had in store for you, although you were never really certain about it. sure, you had the same passion for magic, potions, and business as she did, but the thought of manipulating customers by taking what they loved most in exchange for your services always felt icky to you, even if you ignore the fact that these deals were almost always predatory by nature. the worst part is that the role of the sea witch wasnât supposed to be villainous at all, but your mother was sick of having fingers pointed at her and decided to be exactly what they expected of her. now, her version of the sea witch was the most infamous and well-known, even on par with the evil queen, and everyone expected you to follow in her footsteps, but youâre quite certain that a big part of it was for your story to follow the traditional guidelines of good and evil, as if the world wasnât already divided enough.
still, despite the difficulties and uncertainties, you kept your head held up high and were willing to go through with your destiny, even though you didnât have a trickster bone in your body and were truthfully too kind and naive to live up to your motherâs reputation (youâre secretly taking lessons from kitty cheshire on how to do such things, but progress is at a snailâs pace). you didnât think you had any other option since, whenever you expressed your worries and concerns, you were immediately shut down and was told that it would lead to everyone else in your story to âcease to exist.â while the tale you all shared was a tragedy, you just couldnât do that to everyone else.
then, you met raven queen on the first day of school, and from the moment she sat next to you in first period and introduced herself, you knew that she was something special. as the daughter of the evil queen, youâve heard all sorts of unsavory rumors about her that were similar to the ones they were saying about you, but a single conversation was enough to tell you that you were more alike than you could have ever guessed with how she also didnât have a single villainous bone in her body. suffice to say, the two of you managed to grow pretty close with a vast amount of common ground you shared, and you became rather fond of her, although you werenât quite sure if it was as a companion or as a crush.
of course, youâve both confided in each other about your hesitations to carry out your destinies, always feeling like you were meant for something other than your fates as villains, but truth be told, you were much more meek than she was when it came to actually doing something about it. perhaps thatâs why you werenât as surprised as everyone else was when she publicly denounced her destiny in front of the entire school on legacy day, showing her courage despite the awkward disposition and nerdy personality that you knew, but she was making history with every word she spoke in defiance of what was expected from her.
not only did she turn your world upside down by giving you hope that things can change for you as well, but also by making you realize that your true feelings toward her were anything but platonic. still, just because you were inspired now, doesnât mean that you were fully confident in making the big decision for yourself when the weight of expectations has been crushing for as long as you can remember. you still had a long way to go until you could have the same strength as raven, but thankfully, she was willing to be there by your side throughout the entire process. besides, itâs difficult enough for her to deal with the entire school being divided over what she did, so knowing that you were supportive meant a lot to her.
now, she isnât exactly the best at giving advice verbally, but she certainly knows how to be there for you and is excellent at having conversations with you while you talk out all of your concerns. she isnât there to pressure you to immediately take action, nor is she there to convince you otherwise if you decide to follow in your motherâs footsteps, sheâs only there to help you do what you feel is right. her number one motto for you is to follow your heart, always reminding you that you could never go wrong if you do, but how were you supposed to know when itâs so vague without giving any real directions?
the future seems too terrifying if you pick to blaze your own trail, a path that none have taken before and is shrouded with mystery, but when your girlfriend is by your side to hold your hand, you donât seem as scared anymore to take the road less traveled.

sheâs been wishing for that ever since she first laid eyes on you, giving her life meaning and filling her world with color in a way that she believed she would never experience, although saying it outloud felt a little foreign on her lips before she pulled to break the piece inside. she could have sworn that she felt a gust of wind and heard some whispers despite being indoors and home alone, something that would have given any normal person a fright, but an aishi isnât exactly a normal person, shrugging it off and heading back to bed like it was nothing.
that night, she had a lovely dream about entering a relationship with you instead of those horrid nightmares about her rival stealing you away. it was so pleasant to be girlfriends instead of mere strangers, or at least, she was a stranger to you, but you were her everything. when she woke up the next day, she assumed that the wish was already granted through the form of the dream, giving her a taste of what could be if she really put her mind to winning you over and confessing her feelings to you, nothing more. yet when she arrived at school the next day and ran into you, there was a strange manic look in your eyes when you eagerly approached her and randomly confessed your undying love for her. perhaps her wish did come true, but how does she manage to handle having your affections being on the same level as hers, or possibly even surpassing it?

â°â⧠all this time, while you were extremely attentive and affectionate with her, you quickly grow increasingly annoyed at how much time sheâs spending with her nose in the books instead of being with you. you know sheâs always been the academic type and lives to learn, but youâre extremely jealous and half tempted to burn down the local library just so that she would look at you more than those pages. of course, you donât because you hate to see your loveâs pretty face to contort into sorrow, but youâre frequently debating it because wouldnât it be great to be her only source of comfort in such troubling times? the more you think about it, the more tempted you are to light a match, although since your girlfriend has given up on her pursuit to discover the origins of the toy and has since put her focus on you, so that highly flammable building is safe for another dayâŠ

â°â⧠the real winner of the aishi most likely to have a happy and relatively happy relationship with her senpai after making her wish. there isnât too much to say about this relationship, but if she broke the willow after the court date where the investigator was trying to get her imprisoned for all the crimes she committed in the name of your love, then thereâs a story to tell because youâre definitely going to be helping her out in tracking him down. the moment she tells you about his audacity for trying to separate you, you can feel your throat go dry with a thirst for revenge, but she tells you that she already scared him off and that you both should just go about living your lives together peacefully. still, the nosy man just had to go snooping around again, so ryoba couldnât leave him this time, and you were more than willing to go with her in her pursuit of retaliation. you both pose as a traveling couple when you get to america, and everyone thinks youâre both just lovely, but they have no idea about the deep obsession shown behind closed doors, which is exactly how you want to keep things.

it was already difficult enough to learn about your wifeâs unhealthily obsessive tendencies and her penchant for bloodlust back in high school. you were horrified to learn that she was the reason behind a handful of âaccidentalâ deaths and disappearances at the time after being declared innocent by the judge, yet you loved her so much that you were willing to put all that aside and move forward. of course, it always lingered in the back of your mind that you were marrying and sleeping in the same bed as a killer, but sheâs such an amazing and doting partner that itâs shockingly easy to ignore it, especially because you both were now in a stable relationship and she didnât need to worry about someone trying to steal you away.

despite your collaborative efforts, there was still a part of you that was incredibly nervous for her, not in the situation of if she would kill, but when she would kill. while you would like to remain optimistic, you also need to be realistic and wake up to reality. as incompetent as local law enforcement is, you were terrified of what would happen if ayano were found out after committing a murder and would go to prison.Â
noticing your newfound fears and growing anxieties, ryoba decided it was finally time to teach her daughter the ways of a yandere, just as her grandmother taught her, and just as her mother taught her. obviously, she wasnât going to take an eight-year-old ayano on a field trip where she skins someone who was trying to hit on you before showing her how to dispose of the evidence, but she was going to start with the little things: how to clean blood out of clothing, how to sneak around in a way that rivals a ninja, how to instantly kill animals with a single attack, and other things that were bound to come in handy in the future.
at least your daughter seems to be enjoying herself and having her chronic sense of emptiness being emphasized by her mother and her side of the family, although she still thinks the idea of all of it being fixed by meeting a âspecial someoneâ is bullshit.Â
itâs during times like this when you wonder if youâre being a good parent. the answer is probably that you arenât, no parent can be considered good when theyâre allowing their kid to take lessons on how to be a more effective murderer, but when it comes to the aishi family, all of them are praising you on how wonderful youâre being for ayano they all fawn about how they wished the partners of their mothers were as understanding of their condition as you were, knowing that all of this was for the best in the long run. you werenât even pressuring her to fit in the societal standard of what was considered normal for a child, accepting and loving her just as she is, and you will never have any idea how much that will mean for your daughter when she grows older.
mulling over this so much makes your head spin with uncertainty, constantly overthinking about the possible outcomes for this and for other choices, but you have already made your decision, and it was about time that you had more faith in it. despite committing unspeakable crimes and successfully fooling the entire nation into thinking she was innocent, you know that she did it out of love for you, as fucked up as it sounds, and she would die before she would allow any harm to come to your family. ayano is in good hands, and you trust ryoba to work her magic on her.

sometimes, instead of paying attention to the lesson like you were supposed to, you wonder if teiko has ever had a crush or has ever developed any sort of romantic feelings at all in her life. surely, she must have at least once, but itâs so difficult to imagine her fawning over anyone when she seems to never think of anything aside from her education. that person would have to be a genius of sorts, someone who was nothing short of extraordinary, but you highly doubt sheâs ever even encountered someone her age who comes even close to being as intelligent as she is, known world-wide for being a prodigy who had scholarships lined up to all the top universities in the world and frequently giving speeches about all sorts of different academic subjects at most of them. she truly is someone special, someone who everyone notices for her amazing qualities, someone who could stand out among billions, and someone who would never look in the direction of someone who was one test grade away from failing a few subjects.Â
