To quit or not to quit that is the question. And everyday is the same flour & dough dancing the same beat; plum - cut - drop - roll - twist - because quitting was done yesterday, while one was a sleep, for a sec, than...the moment of awakening happen and a little cemita-roll told me "you will get there when you are meant to get there & not one moment sooner. So breathe, smell the flour (roses) - literally - and be patient." Quitting never had a chance.
