Woody Harrelson has joined the cast of the upcoming untitled Han Solo film.Â
“We couldn’t be more excited to work with an artist with as much depth and range as Woody. His ability to find both humor and pathos, often in the same role, is truly unique. He is also very good at ping pong.” - Directors Phil Lord & Chris Miller

Natasha Lyonne has joined Will Arnett in the cast of Show Dogs, a live-action family comedy that Raja Gosnell is currently directing from a script penned by Max Botkin.
The story centers on Max (voiced by Ludacris), a rugged lone-wolf Rottweiler NYPD police dog: he and his human FBI partner (Arnett) are investigating the kidnapping of a baby panda by an underground network of illegal animal traders when they get a tip that the crime ring is planning to sell the panda at the prestigious Canini Invitational Dog Show. The uber-macho Max must undergo a makeover with the help of a seasoned trainer (Lyonne) to thwart the plot.
The project will also feature the voices of Stanley Tucci, Alan Cumming, Gabriel Iglesias and Shaquille O’Neal.
Jurassic World’s Nick Robinson is in talks to star in Simon vs. The Homo Sapiens Agenda, THR first reported.
Adapted from  Becky Albertalli’s novel, the story follows a gay teen who has not come out to his classmates, but when an email he sent to a boy (that he’s never met) falls into the wrong hands, he finds himself in a complicated situation when he’s blackmailed by the class clown.
Greg Berlanti is attached to direct, from a script by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, co-executive producer of NBC’s This Is Us).

Princess Leia sharing secret plans on how to overthrow Snoke or wedding planning
I gotta get me one of those: The Winter Soldier has shield envy in deleted scene from Captain America: Civil War.
“The airport sequence was obviously complicated,” Joe Russo says. “We wanted to track everybody’s arc and we felt like it was a hair too long, and that beat was coming at a spot when the energy was dropping.”
But the brothers both loved that beat. “We actually made that up on set. It was not scripted,” Joe says. Screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely drafted the moment the morning of the shoot to solve a problem that … it turned out the movie didn’t have.Â
"We were looking for a transitional moment to get Cap and Bucky back together, but in editorial we ultimately realized we didn’t need that transition,“ Joe says. “It’s actually one of my favorite beats in that whole sequence, but it’s just a function of storytelling and editing, and wasn’t something we needed to tell the story, but it’s a great bit for the DVD.”
Worlds will collide. Stream the new season of The Man in the High Castle 12/16 on Prime Video.

Concept art, plot details and cast for Pixar’s Coco revealed
Benjamin Bratt and Gael GarcĂa Bernal will lead Coco alongside newcomer Anthony Gonzalez, who will voice the film’s main character, a 12-year-old Mexican boy named Miguel. Gonzalez was hired after serving as Miguel’s scratch voice during early development, proving himself indispensable to both the filmmakers and the character. Character actress RenĂ©e Victor also joins the cast as Abuelita, Miguel’s grandmother.
Coco follows the secret musical ambitions of Miguel, who resides in a lively, loud Mexican village but comes from a family of shoemakers that may be the town’s only music-hating household. For generations, the Riveras have banned music because they believe they’ve been cursed by it; as their family history goes, Miguel’s great-great-grandfather abandoned his wife decades earlier to follow his own dreams of performing, leaving Imelda (Miguel’s great-great-grandmother) to take control as the matriarch of the now-thriving Rivera line and declare music dead to the family forever.
But Miguel harbors a secret desire to seize his musical moment, inspired by his favorite singer of all time, the late Ernesto de la Cruz (Bratt). It’s only after Miguel discovers an amazing link between himself and De la Cruz that he takes action to emulate the famous singer and, in doing so, accidentally enters the Land of the Dead.
In the beautiful underworld, it’s not long until Miguel encounters the souls of his own family — generations’ worth of long-dead but no less vivacious Rivera ancestors, including great-grandmother Imelda. Still, given the opportunity to roam around the Land of the Dead, Miguel decides to track down De la Cruz himself. He teams up with another friendly (and skeletal) spirit — a trickster named Hector, voiced by Bernal — to find De la Cruz, earn his family’s blessing to perform, and return to the Land of the Living before time runs out.
“It was important to us from day one that we had an all-Latino cast,” says director Lee Unkrich, who with producer Darla K. Anderson shepherded Toy Story 3 to become the world’s second highest-grossing animated film. “It focused us, and we ended up with a fantastic mix of people — some from Mexico and some from Los Angeles.”
Pixar’s Coco is to be released on November 22, 2017.

The story follows Paterson as he drives people around on the bus and writes poems when he finds downtime. When Laura encourages Paterson to publish his poems, he reluctantly agrees--that is until their dog eats his notebook with all of his poems in it.
