Sautéed peppers and onions with cheddar cheese piled on toasted brioche loaf, topped with sausage and sour cream.

The sauce Is made from minced and sautéed onions, sweet peppers, corn salsa, and garlic mixed with light cream and seasonings.

Preparing homemade crispy tofu, just dry, toss in four, and fry!

I love dipping these in Thai chili sauce!

I’m also simmering some chicken, rice, and assorted veggies that will be later baked off in the oven.
