The thing I miss most

Being a full time entrepreneur has many perks, but there are two things I really miss about my old life. The first is sleep. As an entrepreneur, I never get sleep! My mind is always working...ideas flow ALWAYS...sleep messes up my idea flow. Honestly my best ideas come at 1 or 2am. I have definitely been cheating on sleep with coffee since the moment I put in my notice. I heard this changes after you have been full time for 3 years or more, so I have 16 more months between me and a good night of sleep!

The second thing I miss from my old days is paid vacation. I took for granted holiday pay and paid vacation when I worked for corporate, now any time I take off from my empire...means a day that the hardest working person in my business (me) called off. No one will care about your business the way you do, so the hardest working employee will always be you! The paid vacation thing also usually works about once you turn 3!

Here's to turning 3! 16 more months...
