Communication Guide: Spawn Pad
When in spawn pad situations, it’s either you or your teammate are away from the console or trying to escape the other team from splatting your dome.
You stay on your spawn pad and do all sorts of actions that can get your teammate or the other team’s attention.
Because cephalopods are kids, I can use easy dialogue on other communication guide posts.
Staying on spawn pad - the player is away from console (AFC for short)
All situations are staying on SPAWN PAD. Picture your avatar to these following scenarios.
BOOYAH! | TURF WAR | STARTING
The turf war has begun! But wait, why are you still on your spawn pad? How can you tell others you have to finish something first before splatting? What are your reasons why you’re stuck on the spawn pad?
“Booyah!” , Once , per minute - Cheering you on! , “Don’t mind me, go and save the ground!” , “Um, go already?”
“Booyah!” , More than once, per 30 seconds - “What are you doing? Go turf already!” , “What, your wifi sucks too?” , “...”
“Booyah!”, More than once, spamming angrily - “GO TURF ALREADY GEEZ” , “STOP SPLATTING ME” , “CAN YOU NOT”
“Booyah!” , once, per 5 seconds , One Minute Left! - nah you sound like a spamming alarm clock for your phone / timer
THIS WAY! | TURF WAR | STARTING
You want to splat so bad, you really do! But, there might be something you have to finish and it frustrates you! You want to be the hero of your team or you think you need to finish what’s important first! Do you think you’re using the right weapon?
“This Way!”, stays there - “I am your military leader, now splat while I do something else for a while”
“This Way!”, “Booyah!”, stays there - meant to say “Booyah!” first, “Okay guys, we need to win! Let’s have fun, people!”
“This Way!” , more than once (annoying...) - “TURF ALREADY WHAT THE HECK ILL BE FINE” , “bruh moment”
“This Way!” , splats on you - “Why are you standing there, go do the job already!”
“This Way!” , splats spawn pad - “Wait, did i use the right weapon-“ , “does this weapon suit me” , “did i choose the wrong weapon” , “[edgy joke]”
“This Way!” , splats spawn pad, jumps, repeat - “I GOT THE WRONG WEAPON NOOOOO”
“This Way!”, jumping , no splat - Cheering you on!
jumping, “This Way!” , splatting - “Over there, guys, over there!”
Staying on spawn pad, jumping - “Yeah, i’m here, I have to do something first”
Staying on spawn pad, jump, disconnect - “sorry guys i cant help, i have to go, *poof*”
Staying on spawn pad, dualie dodging - “you got a problem with me, punk?!”
Staying on spawn pad, brella trailing - “Go. Over. There... It’s. Not. That. Hard.” , trying to push you away
Staying on spawn pad, Sting Ray, on you - “You’re bothering me and you’re a loser”
Staying on spawn pad, tries to Tenta Missiles on you - “GRRRRRRRR... right, i cant splat you, AW NUGGETS”
WHEN TURF WAR ENDS, teammates stuck losing / about to lose
The battle is almost over, but you just got splatted from the other team and end up stuck on the spawn pad because they’ve reached your base! You want to share closing thoughts for the rest of the battle, either you say GG or a big Splat You.

“Booyah!” - “EY GUYS LOOK WE’RE LOSING GOOD JOB GOOD JOB GOOD JOB MMHMM YES 8’)” , “Good job other team! You did it so easily!”
“Booyah!” , Tenta Missiles - “LOL GOOD NOW GET OUT OF HERE :D” , “WOOOO FIREWORKS FOR ALL”
“Booyah!” , Brella trailing - “Step away from our base, your base is all the way there, straight ahead, follow where my brella leads”
“Booyah!” , dualie dodging - “HAHAHA NOPE YOU CANT SPLAT ME IM ON BASE HAHAHAHA”
“This Way!” - “you guys are bad teammates >:( “ , “DONT BE A WIMP AND SPLAT THEM WOW THEY’RE LIKE IN FRONT OF US”
