Sims 4: The Maharet Challenge!

In this challenge you play a vampire, watching over and guiding their descendants for a total of ten generations. Inspired by the classic Legacy Challenge!

CAS: You may choose any traits. The only requirement is that your sim be an adult vampire, and you must start with the “Good Vampire” aspiration.

Lot: You may choose any residential lot, using freerealestate if desired, and using any lot traits. Bulldoze the lot so it is empty. Since you are a vampire and need shelter from the sun, you may create a basic shack with any amenities you’d like, not exceeding a cost of $5,000. Your family may not move from this lot until the end of the challenge, and you must set money to 0 after finishing your starter shack.

Lifespan should be played on normal.

You may earn money however you wish, but you may not use money cheats.

You must finish the Good Vampire aspiration before seeking a partner or starting a family–this includes adoption.

You may not marry or have children with another vampire, nor may any of your descendants.

You may not turn your spouse, children, or descendants into vampires.

Your vampire’s children count as Generation 1–your vampire is Generation 0. The challenge ends after Generation 10.

Each generation, choose an heir to carry on the family. This sim must complete the generation goal and go on to have children, either biologically or via adoption. Non-heirs may do as they please.

Generation Goal: The heir of each generation must complete at least one aspiration and max at least three skills before they die.

You should continue to build and update the family’s lot with each generation. You must create and maintain a family graveyard.

After Generation 10 reaches adulthood, your vampire founder must cure themself of vampirism and age naturally until their death. After this, the challenge is won. You may continue to play the same family after the challenge if you wish.

basically i wanted something easy and quick to make so i converted the toddler bite mark to adults and moved it around

i managed to make this in an hour after editing photos for an hour and a half so im suprised they turned out this well

The Sims 4 + all its packs cost $679.68 but it’s still so lackluster. Let that sink in. $679.68. Now think about other games that are like $50, they have way more gameplay than TS4 + all its packs, which is $679.68. And the price keeps going up with every pack they release, and they keep releasing these packs that aren’t worth their money at all. What I’m trying to say here is, EA’s a capitalistic corporation that has the main focus of making the most money with using the least amount of resources possible, and it’s working perfectly, and people are blind for it and are even doing the most defending these $40 expansion packs with very little added gameplay.

Hi everyone…I made this small, one bedroom cottage for one or two witches and their familiars. It has a small gardening area and a little witchy, spell-creating room. I built it on the 30X20 lot in Glimmerbrook. I hope you like it 😘

Rainbow Nails - I’ve had quite a few asks about my rainbow/multi-color nails and I couldn’t share them because they were a personal edit of a mesh that someone else made. So, I made my own! They are available for all sims (toddler - elder).

Just to note, I tried to find an area on the UV map that wouldn’t conflict with the 3D eyelashes (which is something I use on all my sims). Because the skin details version is mapped over the rings, I mapped my nails in the blank area below earrings. When testing the nails, I clicked through not only EA items but also some CC items and they didn’t seem to conflict with any other textures. That isn’t saying that they won’t conflict, just that what I clicked through didn’t. They’ll of course conflict with anything mapped in that area.

Welcome to Simblr Secret Santa! More information will be rolling out over the next couple weeks, but here are the basics:

Simblrs will sign up and fill out a form indicating their preferences for giving and receiving (Builds! Sims! CC! Mods! Maxis Match! Alpha!). Around the end of November, signups will close. Simblrs will be matched with people with similar preference, and we’ll message you to let you know the deets on your giftee! Around a week before Christmas, creators will post the reveal of their items and who they were created for. Surprise! All gifts should be publicly released by December 31st (share the love, people!) but it’s up to the creator whether they want to make the gift a private download at first!

Please like and/or reblog this post if you think you’d like to participate to a) get the word out there, because the more people that sign up the better, and b) give us a general idea of the scale of this thing, so we can fine-tune the signup form (coming by the end of the month!)
