“Alright…” Cerise took a breathe before start walking after Hunter. It’s not like she was scared, at least, not of the grey wolf they were after. “Do you know what Gannolf stole from Sebastian and Maddie?”
He shook his head as they walked into the entrance of the forest. “Do you?”
“Not even a clue…” She sighed. As they walked trough the woods, Cerise watched the trees around them, distracted with her own thoughts, causing her to stumble over a root.
“Cerise!” He said catching her before she hit the ground. “Are you alright?”
“Ah…” She blushed, pulling away from him, embarrassed. “T-Thanks for catching me. I’m fine.” She smiled shyly, hiding her face with her hood. “Got myself distracted with the sounds…”
“Not a problem….” He said brushing off his pants. “I understand that…” He chuckled. “We ah…we better get going then?”
“Yes…” She said as she returned to walk hurriedly, not wanting to look at the other, still ashamed from her clumsiness.
They continued on the path they were walking on. “So tell me how did it happen?” He asked her.
“Huh?” Cerise turned her face to him. “What are you talking about?”
“Come Cerise. I’m not going to tell anyone, besides I’ve only ever seen you as a wolf once…..So I don’t ink anyone else wold have seen you.” He said turning to look at her.
Cerise turned her gaze away from him, biting her lower lip. He saw her? How could she have been so careless… “You wanna know, why I turned into a wolf?”
He nodded. “You are certainly more curious as a wolf.” He winked at her.
“I’m the daughter of the Big Bad Wolf… That’s my big bad secret.” She sighed, hiding herself with her hood.
“Don’t be so shy about it Cerise….I will say most people think you are the Daughter of Red but everyone gets things mixed up don’t they.” He shrugged
She smiled at his words. Maybe people woudn’t be so scare about her secret after all… “Well… I’m also daughter of the Little Red Riding Hood. It’s… complicated, I guess.”
He chuckled. “I’m sure it is….”
