Did I post Finn last post? Yes. Did I also draw him as a Chandelure fusion? Also yes.
Outfit was referenced from @blacklimes 's Chandelure gijinka, it's really cool.
Ignore the hands and feet, I hate them.

Here's Finnigan, I beat the game with him but I like to think he's Rank B anyway cause he was having so much trouble with Grisham's fight lol
I drew a couple of my guys in their za outfits so I might as well put them all here
Hello, I died for a while but here, have this drawing of one of the gym leaders in Legends Z-A
Edit: one of MY Gym leaders, lol.
Hawlucha's definitely moved up on his (and my) favorite Pokemon, short king fr.
I've been working long and hard on this height chart of all the Gym Leaders of Relis, Elite Four + Champion will come later.
For anyone interested in the actual heights, here's a list from shortest to tallest
Altair - 5'2"
Archie - 5'4"
Seiji - 5'6" (trying to stand taller)
Monarch - 5'7"
Finn - 5'9"
Polaris - 5'11" (Wears heels)
Stella - 6'10"
Ramus - 7'4"
Extra doodle below the cut lol
Figured I'd put The Patron here.
A mysterious figure who pays for Silph Co's more recent experiments, no one knows his name, just that he's loaded and can show up pretty much wherever and whenever he wants. It's unclear whether he just dresses like that or if the wings are actually attached.
(Also I'd like to add a note that if he was a true gijinka, I would have made him much thicker, I know most of my characters are super thin and I should probably add more diversity but he has some lore reason.)
And here's the Technical Director of the Relis branch of Silph Co, Three.
Much more serious than its counterpart, Three is in charge of taking Rowyn's outlandish ideas and making them feasible and cost effective. It built the metal arm itself after losing it in an... "Accident."
Battlewise, it has no problem using the Pokemon around, favoring Ground and Steel Types. It's also modified its arm to be able to release large vibrational blasts that can clear rubble or anyone else in its way.
Apologies for the background, lol.
Finally got the motivation to draw one of the Silph Co Researchers, this is Rowyn Reiniger. Xe's in charge of the Experimental Research department. Xe often butts heads with the Technical Director, but they still manage to release the most cutting edge products anywhere in Relis together.
Xe's generally seen with either a Shiinotic or a pair of Plusle and Minun, but xe's pulled away from battling as of recently, ever since xyr hair started going purple.
Last but not least is the final member of the Elite Four, Mal Tanc, Head of the Looker Agency in Relis.
He's getting on in years, so he can't run out on patrol as often as he'd like, though he pushes himself anyway and ends up at Estelle's place from time to time. That doesn't stop him from doing what he can in the office, his cork board is always updating.
Like most of the Elite Four, he's too busy for pleasantries, though he puts a slight effort into being polite to new people. He often frequents a Swirlix Cafe nearby as well.

Elite Four #3 is Pluto Windsor, the Administrator.
By far the newest of the Elite Four, on paper he's simply filling in for the previous one who's gone off on vacation, but it's been months since he was scheduled to return, so until they can find a replacement, Pluto will have to do. Most of the others are just fine with making it him officially, but he's been reluctant to file it.
He's most often found doing paperwork in his office, but occasionally nightshifts as a bartender at a nearby club if nights are slow. He just can't be left to his own devices without needing to do something.

The final Gym Leader, the Wyvern Warrior, a Dragon/Steel type trainer, Stella Laurel. She's the final Leader in the Oasis District, and her arena is, well, an arena. Not quite the Coliseum, but impressive enough. She's also the oldest by far of the Gym Leaders, but she doesn't let that get in the way of a good show.
Her Gym Challenge is the most straightforward of all of them: earn your way to her through battle with her underlings. Why make it harder than it has to be?

Elite Four Number 2, Electric Boogaloo
This here is Estelle LeHasting, Lead Nurse Joy of Relis. She's often up late tending to her patients, so she sneaks in little naps where she can.
She's another character that technically belongs to @yoileemcdoilee, but she gave me permission to use her in my world so here she is. If you have any additions you'd want to make, Yoilee, feel free lol.

Only four more to go, I can do this.
This is Gym Leader #7 (though you can fight them in pretty much any order), Polaris Escoffier, the Flowering Fashionista. He's a Grass/Flying trainer in the Arbor District and runs a fashion studio, unsurprisingly.
His Gym Challenge is straight up a Beauty Contest, since I think different battling styles are really cool. If you're on Tier 3, you might want to grab some Poffins before heading inside.

Ah, yikes, the compression
Anyway, this here is the other Gym Leader of the Fathom District, the Serpent Singer, Seiji Shioni. He favors Electric/Dragon types in his Gym.
His Gym is a large stadium where he and his K-Pop band members perform. Every month or so they hold a tournament amongst themselves to see who gets to be the Leader, but it's usually him. As for his Gym Challenge, uh... Probably fighting the rest of the band beforehand.

Alrighty, seriously back to Gym Leaders, at least for the next three. Next up is Archie Klein, the Bomb-astic Artist. She uses Dark/Fire types, and uses explosions to make art that even she can see, if just for an instant, as well as drawing normally with the charcoal and ash left behind. She's located in the Oasis District.
I haven't fully fleshed out her Gym Challenge yet, but I think having a Lights On, Lights Off type puzzle would suit her.

Psych, just kidding, Elite Four time. This here is the Ranger Captain, Elowyn Elmwood. He's in charge of the Ranger Corps in Relis as well as general maintenance of the ecosystem, making reports on farms, the weather, etc.
He's generally the most approachable of the Elite Four, happy to help out where he can, though he does take on quite a bit of work on himself, so it's rare that he's in the office as well. He's better at coming back when called than the champion is, at least.

And now back to your regular scheduled programming with the next Gym Leader, the Trimmer of Trickery, Monarch. He uses Bug/Fairy types and runs a statue garden in the Arbor District, though the statues are all made of trees.
He seems friendly enough, though most would describe him as a bit... Odd. His Gym Challenge is a Spot the Difference puzzle, as his main theme is mimicry.
More pics (Ohhhh that's how you add a break)
