Hot take: the reason a lot of y'alls threads get dropped is because you have no specific endpoint you want to reach in them. Without that, threads will mosey on forever until of COURSE at least one person gets tired. I'd recommend picking an in or out of character objective before you start an rp, e.g.: find a thing, have a character confess a secret, reach a certain planned plot element, defeat an enemy, sneak thru a place, etc. You'll be able to tell throughout the RP how close you are to finishing the thread by how close you are to completing the objective and that's actually quite motivating, not to mention the excitement of having a bit of plot and a climax in your writing. This is actually one of the biggest reasons smut rps are successful: the objective is to fuck 'til you're done and the end point (literally the climax) is well defined.

So I'm deciding on what Noru is up to these days. I'm not very active, but I think it's nice to just update everyone on what's going on. I think he's taken up fishing, gained a bit of weight and muscle, started wearing hawaiian shirts -- essentially, he's getting a lot better mentally, and living his best life apparently involves becoming a dad, but like, spiritually. Another thing is that he will have started a DnD podcast with some friends at some point, as the DM. So, my question is -- who out of your characters wants to be part of a DnD group with this guy?

I know you're basically on hiatus from fantrolls but I wanted to tell you I can easily see Florah or Karell falling in love with Porter. I'm not expecting anything to happen, but I wanted to let you know because that thought has been buzzing around my head for months 😆

AFTER THREE STRAIGHT DAYS, IT’S DONE.

I’ve been obsessing over this song for at least a week – Maybe a week and a half or two weeks??????? – and I was inspired to do an arty thing. I used Florah because Of Course I Did. For some reason, when it comes to being inspired he’s my brain’s go-to muse.

I put this together in Windows Movie Maker (Which is a lot shittier than I remember it being) because I don’t have any other media program for making videos, and I think it didn’t come out half bad aside from the timing being a half second off in a couple of places.

Also, it cost me $1.29 to make this because I had to purchase the song because downloading it off tumblr wasn’t working. X_X

AFTER A LONG ALMOST TWO WEEKS, I’M FINALLY FINISHED WITH THE HEIGHT CHART!

This was actually really fun! I usually never do big projects because I get burned out halfway through, but this was a treat the entire time. I made two versions of the full chart so you can really see how their heights compare to one another.

I dunno what my next Big Project will be, but I feel super proud for seeing this through to the end. c:

Well, that's it, I guess.

I've almost run out of money. I have less than £10 in my bank account. I messed up trying to connect my PayPal to my bank and I can't receive money that way now. As soon as my last quid is spent, that's it. There's no way to get that money back. I won't die or anything because we've got food at home, but I won't be able to pay for anything I need. I'm going to have to beg my nan for money. If that doesn't work I'll have to beg mum, who I already owe money to. And then she'll know how much I've spent and be pissed off at me.
