â pretty much, yea. â
â-- What about the corners?â
lovedahurricane:
âWell, how did you do it?â
â-- Magic,â he grinned, certain that she wouldnât believe him.
lupusxxremus:
Remusâs eyebrows lifted, and he let out a weak chuckle, sure James was putting him on as both he and Sirius were wont to do.â2017?â he repeated. âI have no idea. I was home, and then I â â He frowned. There had just been a full moon in 1979, butâŠÂ âWhat phase is the moon in?â
â-- Thereâs...a lot you need to catch up on, mate. Next full moonâs the tenth of February, youâve time.â
ohcaptain-mycassian:
It was absolutely strange to be there and to be⊠yeah with something new. So he was looking at this thing. Everyone knew what it was, actually, everyone had them. But this curly man seemed to be as disturbed as him. âOh⊠for me a ship is something that fly.â Cassian explained. âSo you donât know much about them too?â
Fair enough; brooms flew, why not ships? â-- About cars? Er...I know Iâm not allowed behind the wheel of one. Long story.â
shuffledxpotter:
Lily turned to look at her husband and raised an eyebrow, then she turned back around. âThat is not my husband!â She exclaimed, with a soft laugh. she stayed there for a second before rolling her eyes and walking towards the door. âPotter, continue to push the door as you walk okay?â
â-- I tried that, but then it hits me!â he called out. â-- Iâm seriously considering offensive manoeuvres.â
wiitchyjones:
âYeah. For fun.â
â-- Whatâs fun about a well? What can you do with it?â
chaotickittyx:
â thatâs what they use to score the points. â
â-- So the book is the ball?â
shuffledxpotter:
âHave you seen my husband?â Lily questioned the first person she passed. ânames James, responds to Potter or hey, you⊠Tall, curly hair.. Glasses?â
Heâd managed to get trapped behind a glass wall. It separated him and his wife. There was a revolving door, which heâd borne witness to before, of course heâd been around revolving doors before. But theyâd never been muggle revolving doors before! Every time he tried to touch it, it stopped, seriously inhibiting escape. James pounded on the glass wall when he caught sight of Lily, crying out, â-- Evans! The doorâs possessed!â
lovedahurricane:
âTwenty-one years? Youâve been here your whole life? That must be terribly boring.â
â-- Youâre telling me. I donât know how they do it.â
imthefirstchimera:
âYou think? Now that doesnât sound goodâSo no idea who did it?â Theo paused as his head dropped, âyou could say Iâve lately came back from somewhere I thought Iâd be forever, I was just curious if you have that feeling of something is missing as well.â
â-- ...Only about the people left behind. I take it youâre talking more abstractly, though.â
shuffledxhaley:
âItâs my husband, heâs not answering meâŠ.Thatâs never a good thing.â
He frowned, folding his arms in her general direction. â-- Are you trying to reach him?â
lupusxxremus:
âOver?â repeated Remus, stunned. âReally? âhow? The last I was aware, it was very far from over.â He blinked in surprise at Jamesâs question. âHow old am I? Iâm twenty-one. Howâhow old are you?â
James exhaled a short laugh, disbelieving and grateful and echoing with âoh shit now I have to tell himâ all at the same time as he nodded at his friend. â-- Iâm twenty-one too. How on earth did you get here? Itâs twenty-seventeen.â

ââ Is that it?â James blinked, confused, watching a television in the window of a store, which was playing some peculiar muggle sport involving batting a ball over a net. ââ They justâŠhit it. back and forth?â
jay raises an eyebrow at the voice as he steps closer to look to what the man is talking about. he shrugs, âi mean⊠yeah?? they just keep going until someone drops the ball in an outlier spot.â
To say James was thoroughly befuddled by this was a severe understatement. â-- But why?â
lovedahurricane:
âI donât know. The games of this galaxy donât make any sense.â
â-- Youâre telling me. Iâve lived in this galaxy for twenty-one years and Iâm still not entirely sure if âbadmintonââs a real sport.â
ohcaptain-mycassian:
Cassian tried is best to be as the Earth species. It was very fascinating for him to explore everything he could. So when he came across this⊠strange ship he was seeing around, he stopped. And he just looked at it. âWhat is that  STRANGE S H I P?â
Ship. Ship. There wasnât water around here, what on earth could the man be talking about? James followed his line of sight, then laughed outright. â-- Thatâs a car. I donât know much about them, but Iâm reasonably certain you oughtnât treat them like a ship; I hear theyâre surprisingly prone to sinking.â
wiitchyjones:
Coraline didnât even want to be here, but out of pure curiosity and the fact that sheâs never once heard of this town in her life, she decided why not go to university here. So, here she was, already extremely bored and just about ready to go find a well in a forest or something. She didnât call herself a water witch for fun. Not really. âHey, are there any wells around here ??â
â-- Wells as in water from the well? Why on earth would you be looking for one of them?â
ofhiraethisms:
Gabriel laughed and gave a shrug. âYeah, I guess.â Without further ado he snapped his fingers and teleported the stag off the ice and onto the ground beside him. âBetter?â
Woah-- Teleporting not-wizard bloke just teleported him onto the ground and Prongsâs deer chin thudded to the ground in shock while he adjusted to his new, yâknow, not-being-on-the-ice. It was...weird. But, still, he nodded his deer head and got to his feet, trotting off into the trees before shifting back and emerging in abject curiosity. â-- Yeah, ordinarily I wouldnât just shift like that but mate, you poofed me and it didnât feel...what the shit, mate?â
