Qué horror! Oh no! Made the last cup this morning. The only thing keeping me going in the morning during this 20 degree weather in the Texas Hill Country is my strongly brewed Café Caribe. Even looking at the package warms me up (in my mind!). The flavor of this coffee and Café Bustelo (another fave) conjure up memories of my childhood time with my wonderful Mexican family in Acapulco. Even as kiddos we had café con leche (more leche than café) before we would hit the ocean at sunrise for skiing while the water was still “calm” in Acapulco bay. Oh the memories.
