SHE SIGHED IN RELIEF WHEN SHE RECOGNIZED THE FEMALE SHE APPROACHED. Perfect timing ; Valentina was the best person to stop her from ripping the council to shreds â or to fuel her desire to do so. â Does that mean that you would like to decorate a tree and receive presents this year? â Lilith questioned in amusement before she shrugged her shoulders. â Itâs not the snow that I mind. Itâs the people. Most of them, anyway. â
âOh, Iâm not sure about tree decorations, but I certainly wouldnât mind presents.â The only good thing about the human Christmas, it was the perfect excuse to ask your family and friends to spend money on material things for you. âTheyâre less annoying when theyâre distracted by a celebration. Like right now. All everyone cares about is the alcohol and the dancing.â
âWhy doesnât anyone ever play good music at these things.â Imogen licked her tongue dressed in white. She observed the dancing couples,partially wishing she had a date. âAlso the waltz is kinda lame.â
âI suppose theyâre just trying to make it more appropriate for a ball. More formal.â Waltz. Valentina had had plenty of time to learn how to waltz to perfection. Though she kind of agreed, it tended to get boring after some of time. âWhat would you prefer? Actually, I went to see âA Star is Bornâ just recently. The soundtrack was amazing. Perhaps they could play a bit of that?â
    Much to the intended theme, Elena looked like a snow princess as she walked through the crowds. Seeing, feeling, while the ball was entertaining for some, there was still that tension in the air. âA party isnât going to erase the fact that people are dying. â She muttered when she over heard someone saying that it was a good distraction.Â
Valentina was standing close by when she heard the girlâs words. âOh, Iâm sure the authorities are doing whatever they can.â She commented as she approached the girl. âWere any of them your friends? The ones who lost their lives.â The demon did not particularly care about dead humans, but the sentimentalities of the human nature fascinated her.
WERE THEY FOR REAL? It was strange enough to throw a ball to distract from murders, but the way it was done made her crave havoc and destruction. Lilith practically skipped up to the next person, not caring who she ended up talking to â her whole attendance was about a facade and she needed to distract herself before she gave her demons the wrong orders ( or took matters into her own hands ). â Please tell me I am not the only one who finds this whole white thing completely and utterly pretentious? â Feigning innocence, hm? Like a single soul in this town was remotely close to innocentâŚ
âI donât know, I think itâs quite charming. And in the spirit of winter. And that other thing humans have? Christmas.â Valentina did not celebrate Christmas, for obvious reasons. And she couldnât remember if she celebrated it when she was still human. Had she even been a Christian? Too much time had passed. âHave you noticed that when the snow falls, it covers up all the dirt? It sort makes the surroundings more attractive.â

Hello everyone! Iâm Ginny and this is my character Valentina. Sheâs a pretty old demon and Lilithâs best friend. I have some short info for her below:
So she was born as human in the year of 1738. She no longer remembers where or what her actual name was. Considering how long it has been since then, she has no memories of her human life. And, of course, âValentina Reyesâ is not her actual name. Itâs just the name of the human vessel sheâs currently occupying. All she knows that even back in her human days she was friends with Lilith. The future demon was completely clueless about the true identity of her friend. She thought Lilith was just like everybody else. But as their friendship grew, along with the trust between them, Valentina was finally told about her friendâs secret. And because the human was quite easily influenced, she was driven to become a demon, so she could remain Lilithâs best friend forever.Â
In order to become a demon, she had to die and spent some very long years in Hell. The years felt like a whole eternity, as time passes quicker in Hell. Because of the torture her human soul had endured, when she came back to Earth as a demon, she was completely stripped off her humanity and sanity. She was incapable of feeling actual sympathy or care for any living being. The logic of her actions completely missing, fueled only by selfishness and whims.Â
The demon has had many vessels through the years. And sheâs never random with her choices. As she has an eye for beauty and the superficial, the demon tends to pick beautiful and alluring women as vessels. She never cared how her possesion could affect those women. Though sheâs very protective of the humam bodies. Sheâs careful not to get herself in too much trouble, as not to hurt them. She would use a certain vessel until she no longer felt it could sustain her.Â
The name of her most recent human vessel is âValentina Reyesâ and thatâs the name the demon prefers to go by. Due to lack of memories, she always adopts the names of the humans she possesses.
Valentina might be called a bit of a ânicerâ demon. As she does not really tend to pick fights with anyone, sheâs not a sadist and will not hurt or kill for fun. The only times she has killed was when she felt threatened or when she thought keeping the person alive would be too much of a complication. And Valentina does have some awfully human traits - sheâs vain, superficial, selfish, secretly insecure and often falls victim to her own impulses. She tends to use the charm of her vessels as to get what she wants and live the life she wants. Thatâs one very unapologetic and carnal life.
The demon wants Lucifer to be set free simply because thatâs who Lilithâs rooting for. And Valentina supports her best friend in all of her endeavours.
