i’ve watched her and read her over the course of many years. she was a huge part in waking me up to the reality of late stage culture, patriarchal tyranny under the guise of leftist progressive Wokeness, and the importance of libertarianism for women. she’s one of the few feminists who isn’t asking women to replace men’s tyranny with state and corporate tyranny and that’s why I love her. i dont agree with her wacky opinions about pedophilia and I don’t agree with a few of her other opinions, but i still think she brings a unique perspective to gender issues and is an essential read.

lemme get on my armchair and say this. you are really fixated on the fact that I come across as smart and ex-gifted, which implies you feel some deep-seated insecurity about the lack of validation you received growing up. my “pstd about being smart” post was about how society commodifies all people by measuring their humanity based on how well they conform to the school system. so maybe if you had an attention span higher than a goldfish and weren’t ruled by this pathetic need to insult people, we could be having a discussion about how the school system is shit. I didn’t call myself these things, other people called me these things and then they used these beliefs about me being “smart” and “gifted” to push me down paths I didn’t want to go (such as academia) throughout my whole life. That’s what literally all my posts lamenting being smart and gifted are about. They’re not about the belief that I’m actually smarter or more gifted than others. I don’t even believe giftedness is a real concept. Develop reading comprehension. 

I only started fleshing out your backstory cuz you started fleshing out mine. You were so close to being right too... I am mad because my mommy and daddy pushed me down a path I didn’t want to go under the guise of “you’re so smart tho!!!” flattery. I am mad at academia too, bc whilst I was in it I saw the potential it had to push society forward... but instead it stagnates and corrupts society because of structural issues and lobbyists (which Camille maps and exposes beautifully).
