I've decided to join @Katykicker with her weekly meal planning linky 🔗 Here is my meal plan for the week commencing 1st June.  This is the first time I've done a fully tracked/macro'd meal plan taking into account the needs of three very different people. I'm excited for how this week will turn out and joining Katy's linky will hopefully hold me accountable to continue planning these meals. Saying Goodbye to Elf on a Shelf

Today we said goodbye to Elwyn the elf for the very last time! It makes me sad that Eban is growing up so fast but this was inevitable...here is how we did it!

The craze only started a few years ago and quickly became a tradition for many households during December. Welcoming in these happy elves to spy on children in order for parents to get one month of peace and quiet…except it kind of backfired with the nightly quest to do something different. Well, today we said goodbye to our elf on a shelf and this is how, and why, it happened.

Science Mad Chemistry Lab Review + Giveaway [AD]

We’re a bit science mad in our house. I’m studying nutrition (full of human biology), Aaron is studying physics and Eban is obsessed with dinosaurs so hoping to be a palaeontologist when he’s older. Which means that when we were offered this Science Mad Chemistry Lab by Trends UK to try we just couldn’t say no.
