Oh as I shit I sit and wonder why My floor's so cold and my back's broke and tired Life is good even though it won't be long With the candle comes emotions Dancing the shadows on my walls What were your thoughts As they were flying through your mind Compared to what you feel From the bars you're now behind If they could speak, what do you think they'd say to you? I do believe you'd be better off if you just told the truth I never had a problem till I stood face-to-face with me And I wish there was a way for me to go inside So I could see All the faces of the people who have torn a piece off me As I grew from a seed, oh to a tree Can you feel the power of the eyes It's hidden away five feet from where we lie What do you taste when you take a drink with me? Is it too much for me to ask if I was to ask you to leave? Oh please just leave 'Cause I want to be alone Oh, there's a fine line between love and my feelings for you High time we washed it all away Unkind, you watch your future burn before you Denied the chance of any love in your life I never had a problem till I stood face-to-face with me And I wish there was a way for me to go inside So I could see All the faces of the people who have torn a piece Torn a piece off me As I grew from a seed to a tree.
NASAâs Juno spacecraft has sent back the first-ever images of Jupiterâs north pole, taken during the spacecraftâs first flyby of the planet with its instruments switched on.
NASA got JUpiter bussin it open for the cam like never before and we just not gonna talk about it?
The Moon of Lakes and Rivers - Saturnâs moon Titan
Saturnâs moon Titan is the only world - other than earth - that we know has liquidâs pooled on its surface. Unlike Earth, Titan has lakes of liquid methane - you wouldnât want to swim in these lakes.
Titanâs âmethane cycleâ is analogy to Earthâs water cycle. In the 3rd and 4th images above we can see clouds of methane in Titanâs atmosphere. Ever since NASAâs Voyager 1 spacecraft, we have known that the gases that make up Titanâs brown colored haze were hydrocarbons. The atmosphere of Titan is largely nitrogen; minor components lead to the formation of methaneâethane clouds and nitrogen-rich organic smog.
It is thanks to the Cassini spacecraft that we now understand more about the climate of Titan - though we still understand very little!
The Cassini Space craft has mapped most of the Northern polar region of Titan, this is the region that contains almost all of Titanâs lakes. Cassini is systematically sweeping across Titan and mapping the surface of this strange alien world. The image below is an example of Cassiniâs mapping process:

Titan has always been one of my favorite moons! Iâm planning my first youtube video to be about it!
The people donât need guns. But the state do. Why? They need to be protected?
Protected from who?
It should be obvious.
The people of Oaxaca are reporting that a police curfew has been put in place and that internet/cellphone signal and power are going to be cut off so no word gets out as to what is happening.
Corporate Media Has Complete Collapse Over Hillary [x]
[Redacted Tonight with Lee Camp]
June 10, 2016:
âThe corporate media keeps telling us to now celebrate this grand moment in history. Okay. First, I only need to celebrate if the candidate is a good person, who stands for⊠Oh. I donât know⊠anything! Hey! Hereâs the first female corporate election fraud Presidential nominee! Brought to you by the good people of Goldman Sachs and Monsanto! Ah, well. Break out the champagne!
Secondly, sheâs not the first woman to be a Presidential nominee. Jill Stein was the nominee, for the Green Party, just last election cycle and there are many others! So yeah, âAnybody who isnât celebrating Hillary is a misogynist.â Meanwhile, youâre bulldozing over history, to knock other women out of the way.Â
Sorry ladies, you werenât on a corporatist party platform, so you donât count! Out of the way, Victoria Woodhull, who was a presidential nominee in 1872. You mean nothing, in your sepia photos. Youâre no Hillary!â - Lee Camp
>Bills violating due process are proposed >Multiple groups, including the ACLU, protest them as unconstitutional >Bills are rejected as being unconstitutional >âThose Damn NRA Lobbyistsâą are at it again!â
On Friday, an Uber driver with a concealed carry permit thwarted an attempted mass shooting by pulling his own weapon and shooting a gunman who had opened fire in Chicago's Logan Square.
Things I like to see
To everyone who likes to throw the ânobody with a gun ever stopped a mass shootingâ argument in our faces: This is why.
Because when someone with a gun stops it, it never gets to the point of *becoming* a mass shooting.
Person A: âThat fire extinguisher wonât stop your house from burning down!â Person B: *uses it to put out a smoldering cigarette that dropped into their trash can*
'Taxes are bullshit'. I'm sure schools, defense programs, benefits for retirees and veterans, science and medical research, transportation, infrastructure and development, social security, emergency services, environment, rural and food research and affairs, railway, energy, and space studies are irrelevant in your little bubble of stupidity, huh? Or do you want everything to be privatized? Because if so...explain how you think THAT would work out, because it wouldn't.
Wow no one has ever asked me who âwould build the roads?â before. Half the services you listed arenât necessary for a prosperous ans peaceful society. The other half people can pay for on their own.
Things like benefits for retirees and vets were taken care of by Mutual aid Societies, so like you get out of the military, and youâd find your local mutual aid society and see what services they offer.Â
Science and Medical Research can all be done by private organizations.
Government should never ever have been involved in retirement planning, that is better left up to the individual and private organizations.Â
There are organizations that have taken up the mantle of Emergency services, often times far more efficiently than government run emergency services.Â
government is one of the most inefficient organizations that exists to control or be responsible for these âservicesâ. And these services are far outside the scope of what the Government should be responsible for.
Always reblog âwho will build the roadsâ
Most of the things listed arenât powers of the federal government and would be handled by states and localities. Â The rest were handled before there were income taxes.
âScience and Medical Research can all be done by private organizations.â
I love it when you can tell people are obviously avoiding the word âcorporationâ lol like youâre not fooling anyoneâŠif you honestly believe corporations and the âfree marketâ are honest and good then you deserve to die.
âyou deserve to dieâ
I could have just ignored this post, but this is ignorant and malicious and this type of thinking legitimately needs to be shut down before it can infect others.Â
There are a litany of organizations â private organizations â that arenât necessarily âcorporateâ in nature that contribute to the research and publication of studies for the better understanding of a variety of industries and fields. In fact, most R&D expenditures in the United States come from the private sector, and have increasingly been so since the early 80s.
While the Federal government still carries a bulk of âbasic research,â most of this money is spent on the military and not on the types of social research we envision when we talk about research and development. In addition, that same source shows that since the early 2000s, non-profit research and development is on the rise (though it is still a small share overall).
Please reconsider your outlook in this matter before you perpetuate this kind of negativity that people âdeserve to dieâ for believing entities other than the State can more efficiently handle R&D funds.
The New York State Senate has passed a bill that would make it illegal to advertise short-term rentals (less than 30 days) for entire homes on..
Breaking news: the government wants to impede on your ability to do what you want with your own private property.Â
More on this story at eleven.Â
But remember, itâs the corporations that control government for their own greedy ends, not the government engaging in protectionism of its loyalist corporate/union/public-sector puppets.
Ten reasons why I donât believe the USA has a gun problem.
1. According to FBI statistics, 80% of homicides are from gang-related activities.
2. Firearm homicide rates have decreased while gun ownership has increased. Over the past 20 years, gun sales have absolutely exploded, but homicides with firearms are down 39 percent during that time and âother crimes with firearmsâ are down 69 percent.
3. Generally, there is an inverse correlation between gun ownership and crime. A study published in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy discovered that nations that have more guns tend to have less crime.
4. Mass shootings mostly occur in areas with strict gun control laws. Almost every mass shooting that has occurred in the United States since 1950 has taken place in a state with strict gun control laws. Despite strict gun regulations, Europe has had three of the worst six school shootings.
5. There isnât a strong correlation between gun ownership and homicides. The United States is #1 in the world in gun ownership, and yet it is only 28th in the world in gun murders per 100,000 people. Australia, after banning guns, has indeed had a decrease in homicides, but so has the USA without banning guns.Â
6. Despite rising gun ownership, the violent crime rate is actually falling. The violent crime rate in the United States fell from 757.7 per 100,000 in 1992 to 386.3 per 100,000 in 2011. During that same time period, the murder rate fell from 9.3 per 100,000 to 4.7 per 100,000.
7. Despite what the media shows, guns do save people. Approximately 200,000 women in the United States use guns to protect themselves against sexual crime every single year. Compare that to the 32,000 deaths by firearms. People also frequently stop robberies because of gun ownership. You just donât hear about it because mass and social media donât report it for some reason.
8. Many people want to ban guns while frequently misidentifying them. It puzzles me when people say to ban assault rifles, when semiautomatic pistols are the firearms utilized in most mass shootings.
9. Usage of guns to protect outweighs usage of guns for crime. Guns are used 2.5 million times annually or 6,860 times a day. This means that each year, firearms are used more than 80 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than they are to take lives.
10. You are more likely to die from playing high school football than a gun.
I donât believe the USA has a gun problem. I believe it has a mismanagement problem coupled with a sensationalism and culture problem. That said, Iâm open to a civil discussion, as long as I donât see any âheartless conservativeâ rhetoric thrown at me. Make no mistake; I do not believe the USA is perfect and I believe the USA can do better.

Purchasing a killing machine, even after a national tragedy, is just too easy.
âI have no criminal record, no mental instability making me ruled incompetent by a judge, no charge of domestic violence, no dishonorable discharge from the military and I passed a standard NICS background check with a server maintained by the government for any FFL to use efficiently and bought a gun in 38 minutes, SOMEONE STOP THIS!â
Someone stop these law abiding citizens.
Can you imagine if anyone holding anything remotely resembling a right wing ideology staged their own histrionic âhow to purchase xâ shit for say, alcohol? Or birth control? Or anything else really?
Because thatâs what these people look like. Sheltered teenagers finding out that their ultra-helicopter parents lied to them about booze being illegal and documenting their freakout upon discovering âyou can just walk into any store and buy as much assault alcohol as you can carry in just a few minutes! Sometimes they donât even ask for an ID!â
Succulence
The significance of this cannot be understated. âInformantsâ in this context, according to FBI affidavits regarding similar counterterrorism investigations, refers to individuals posing as members of terrorist organizations who approach suspects, coerce them into planning and preparing for terrorist attacks, before finally aiding the FBI in the suspectâs arrest before the attack is finally carried out.
Among the activities these informants carry out includes providing and training suspects in the use of real explosives, providing suspects with arsenals of weapons precisely like those used in the recent shooting in Orlando Florida, and encouraging suspects to adopt âradical ideologyâ over the course of the investigation. Suspects are given the false impression that they are working on behalf of terrorist organizations like Al Qaeda or the self-proclaimed âIslamic State,â often cultivating delusions of grandeur among otherwise mentally ill suspects.
