I originally started this blog for the start and update on my weight loss progress. It’s sad to say I am still at the same weight as when I started. A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase a Polar Heart Rate Monitor. This is the Polar FT60 and it comes the Wearlink Transmitter. I’m hoping that this helps boost my motivation. As you get older, some have told me that it does get a bit tough to lose the weight. I’ve set it up so that I am able to Lose Weight. So far with this week, I’ve committed to 1:25:13 of working out. I still have about 3 hours and 15 minutes to go. I’ve burned 596 calories so far out the of 2400 that I am suppose to do this week. My due date is actually tomorrow. My commitment level is not to par right now. But I believe and trust myself that I can improve myself. I am also using the livestrong.com app called MyPlate. My calorie count for each day is 1,119. I am hoping with the amount of workouts per week and the amount of calories allotted it will improve with my weight loss. Ultimately, I have to be my biggest cheerleader. Let’s go! See you tomorrow.
