Despite every once of my body not wanting to get out of bed this morning, I did. And not only did I get out of bed but I went to the gym. Hold the applause I ran my couch to 5k On a treadmill, which is much harder than outside! I ran further than I have so far. Which I suspect will keep happening as the amount of time you run increases but I'm still going to celebrate for now!!!! ALSO got in some arms today. I know cardio is good for you but I also want to tone up slightly. I made today arm day with some core work too. Man do I feel good. Now to do some meal prep!
