Throwback to when I sailed from Sydney to Auckland in a tall ships race. Felt like a pirate with a ridiculous fear of heights. Most terrifying and brilliant adventure I've ever been on. Ft. me up the mast with tears streaming down my face.

It's been over 2 years since I last self harmed. I'm proud that I've come this far. I've achieved so much more than I thought I could. I'm ready for the big bad world, I'm ready to spread my wings and fall in love with life again.
